Our furnace went out on us and with very cold weather forecasted, we wanted to fix it right away. We called and the lady on the phone was helpful and let us now that they would have someone out within a half hour. The gentleman who came was very friendly. He diagnosed the issue and gave us options for making repairs. He was able to get it up and running very quickly! We will definitely be using them for future repairs and will recommend them to others!

I would highly recommend this company for anyone. Dave walked me through how my furnace was supposed to work and then showed me why it was not working properly. He fixed my furnace in no time! I also have an older furnace and he showed me some options of what I could buy if or when my furnace doesn't work anymore. All great options. I am definitely calling them the next time I have furnace issues!

My furnace needed to be repaired every couple years. It seemed to break down in the evenings. Dave would be there asap and get it up and running. I was known as his late night customer. Finally, after another evening fix, I decided to get a new hvac system and it was an easy decision to stay with their company.
My new furnace was installed in the winter and they returned in the spring to hook up the air conditioner. Weber (installer) had to go in my crawl space. I happened to be using my dryer and he saw my venting had come apart. Before he told me any of this, he had put it back together and properly taped it. He showed me pictures after it was done. I definitely would call this going above
and beyond his job and looking out for their clients.

Always goes above and beyond! The key to comfort has now been out to clean our ducts, service our furnace multiple times (it was a very old unit that we were not ready to replace) witch they were immensely informative and were there to help not to push a new unit. Until we were finally ready for a new furnace and to install an AC. They are truly enjoyable folks to work with and we could never be more thankful.

This is such a good team to work with- from Cindy in the Office to Dave and the guys. I just had 2 split units installed for my second floor. Typical old house central air never really made it upstairs same with the heat. Had an older free standing air conditioner upstairs that I would have to get up in the middle of the night to empty. Now I don't have that issue and the change in noise level. Dave was not kidding when he said it was super quiet. I would recommend their services 10 out of 10 times.

So I just completed a six month cost analysis of Cabin energy usage
Note that the Cabin is 30x30 including the 10x30 porch and historically we did not cool any of cabin and did not heat the porch and kept cabin 55 when not in attendance
We have basically now been leaving thermostat at 65 when not in attendance and have now also been heating the porch An almost 30% increase in space

After the initial call I knew we were in good hands. Our air conditioning wasn’t running properly during the recent heat wave and needed someone to come out and take a look. They offered same day services or the opportunity scheduled for an upcoming day. It’s great to know they could an accommodate emergency request if needed.

Dave was respectful, kind, and thoroughly explained everything so it was easy to understand. It didn’t take him long to diagnose the problem and offered a full breakdown of costs for each necessary repair. Pricing was very fair for the level of service.
