STAY AWAYYYYY! Your life is on the line n I am so serious it all make sense why they hurry up n agree to move you in the apartment I’ve been living with them for a year n from the (PICTURES) it had been the worst mistake of my life they don’t care 🤷🏾‍♀️ the calls n texts get ignored they is waiting into you get hurt or killed the low rent is not worth the price they say they are going fix the issues nothing happening now HOMELESS PEOPLE! Are now living in the apartment doing drugs n sleeping in the hallway the management it’s kids n babies living i am speaking the TRUTH!!! in this apartment they pee in the hallway break in apartments…etc don’t live here it’s not worth the pay or stress 😫💯 we will not be renewing are lease can’t wait to leave I am counting down! Keep looking for better they only care about the money LOOK AT THE PICTURES

I enjoy renting in the South Falls Tower in Richmond, Virginia, which is managed by PRG. The management group is extremely informed, kind, and quick to respond. You can tell the maintenance crew genuinely cares about the property because they are AMAZING. Not only do the facilities make living at SFT seem like being at a resort, but the PRG staff also makes it a stress-free experience! Thanks PRG.

Austin and the PRG Management team have my highest recommendation. In response to my numerous inquiries concerning the procedure and how to resolve a terrible tenant problem that our prior agent had been causing us for several months, they have been very kind and understanding. In addition to promptly resolving the tenant's issue, we are really appreciative that the property is now profitable once more.

I must admit that as a property owner who trusted PRG Management with my assets, their effective operation has greatly decreased the hassles. I wouldn’t rent from PRG again. When we moved in, it was so filthy and dirty with dust, dirt, spider webs, and blatant trash that it took a day to clean ourselves since they kept saying they’d bring someone over to clean and never did. Getting in touch with their team is a difficult experience. Our heat was out for a few days during the month of November with no response from their office about when it would be fixed and kept sending my calls to voicemail even though I was being so nice and blatantly blocked my text messages. It took me to called a family member in the real estate business to call Rory and tell him it’s Chicago law to fix the heat within 24 hours. Calls to the emergency line were never put through and voicemails never returned which was concerning. We had a mold issue that was visibly growing on the walls (which happens in old buildings, I get that) and when I sent Rory and Brian photos of it they blocked my texts even though I was never rude to them putting in inquiries. We had many persisting plumbing issues and they said “well the last tenants never had issues” and our neighbors and maintenance team (who’s quite nice actually) told us the last tenants actually broke everything and trashed the place so they lied. It was besides the point anyway because we need something fixed regardless if the last tenants didn’t… We could’ve reported them for multiple issues - especially the heat issue to the city for a $10,000 fine per day without heat but didn’t. Looking back, I should have. They were so beyond unhelpful and rude. Everytime I meet someone who also rents from PRG they also agree on a shared negative experience.

Property Management is a tough business to be in. Having experienced very very bad property management and several lukewarm property managers I would say PRG is the best in a tough industry. I work with Casey on two properties I own at and his dedication to the job and customer satisfaction is an incredible plus. Not to mention Austin and his team are responsive to concerns that are larger then just one property. I also appreciate that property managers who aren’t cutting it are transitioned out, as PRG has a laser focus on customer service. Juggling owners, HOAs, and vendors in this city is a minefield and PRG does a great job of it.

Thanks for a prompt reply regarding my request. You always take care of the Barclay Resident's concerns in a prompt and professional manner. My request for an evaluation of the kitchen faucet was addressed very quickly. Maintenance came up, evaluated the situation, explained to me what the problem was, fixed it, and so far no other issues with the faucet. Again, Thank you for another job well done.

Do not rent from these ppl I was in a really bad car accident and due to my injuries I had not been able to work and I applied for rental assistance twice and they would not help me and submit documents that were needed and I had 10days and now that the 10days are up they gather documents for them to submit. I am very upset.
