If we could give 1000 stars, we would. After a house fire, Servpro came to our rescue. We met with Beth and Doug at our house, and they took the time to explain their process and walk us through everything they would do before they started.

If you’re looking for a one-stop shop for all your home restoration needs, Servpro is the way to go. They handled everything from creating a list of items to be thrown away for insurance purposes to disposing of all items and appliances. They thoroughly scrubbed every room, from top to bottom, and with their magical touch, our house smelled like it hadn’t been through a fire just 10 days ago. The smoke smell was completely gone!

Working with Servpro was an incredible experience. They kept us informed about every step of the process, were efficient, and their work speaks for itself. If you ever encounter a home restoration problem, Servpro is there to help and make the process as easy as possible. We are forever grateful to have found Servpro!

I had pipes burst during an extreme deep freeze in Chippewa county, resulting in a huge mess both up and downstairs, and Andrea was immediately available and kind and helpful and informative and reassuring. And then unfortunately there were some really difficult unexpected snags and she dealt with it all with extreme graciousness. And now… Just like they say, it's like it never even happened.

They cleaned my furnace ducts-very good experience! They took pictures to show me what the ducts were like before and after; very professional. I was a bit uncomfortable thinking about having this done ; they were recommended by my furnace/ company—a great experience!

We hired SERVPRO to come and deep clean a commercial warehouse, this included the dock, restrooms, upper and lower offices. They did a fantastic job!!! This was a DIRTY job and by the time they left we had a beautifully presentable building. When you see the window sills being scrubbed out, and cleaners being customized to the job (and smelling so good) you know you made the right choice. We highly recommend!!

I was really unnerved after seeing leaks in multiple rooms due to ice dams and I’m so glad I called SERVPRO. Beth was great in getting things set up for the crew to come, and when Mike and Preston arrived they were great to work with! They explained the process every step of the way for a multi-day project, and were a calming influence. Mike and Preston are hard-working, caring, and professional!
