We hired Joel for multiple projects over the last 3 months. The biggest project was a complete tearout/remodel of our master bathroom. All the work was done on time with the highest quality. 👉 HONEST & TRUSTWORTHY - when we ask for something, he often suggests a cheaper or better way to do it

👉 LISTENS - great listener

👉 EXPERIENCED - trained under a bunch of contractors, done all kinds of construction & contract work, so just ask!

👉 EASYGOING - we have a running list of things and he stops by sometimes between larger projects and handles a few each time, it feels like magic

👉 REASONABLE - very reasonable fees

👉 SAYS NO - when he’s not right for something, he says so! Very much appreciate that.

Fixed easy (to him!) hot water / electricity issue. Improve window fasteners. Inspect our wooden dock. Tow boat trailer to mechanic. Light carpentry / woodwork.
