This was my first purchase from Eric Von Schledorn, and based on how well everything went, it will not be my last. Here are the reasons:

Chris Von Schledorn was amazing! His laid-back style, knowledge of the vehicles, and desire to ensure the car and the deal were right for us made for a perfect experience. We even worked out a few of the details via text, it doesn't get much better! He stayed well after closing on the night of the purchase, spending more time than anyone should expect going over the many features of our incredible new ride!

Carlos was equally fantastic in the Finance office! Not only was he personable and funny, but he also took great care to ensure the terms of our purchase were what we expected, and only what we expected. I asked him about something specific, and without question, he responded with a yes, we can do that. The most amazing thing, and this is unreal, is that we completed the entire finance process in less than 20 minutes. Not your typical experience in the Finance office, I tell ya!

Not a single disappointment to share about my experience, only accolades. While I need to slow my roll for a bit on any new vehicle purchases, I can confidently say that I'll be returning to Eric Von Schledorn when the time comes for something new!

Was having issues getting my car to start after replacing a dead battery at home. Ended up having it towed to EVS after calling to see if they could take a look at it same day or same week. They said yes and were able to get it up and running same day for me and it was a simple fix and they didn't charge me anything. I couldn't believe it. Because of this, I will be taking my family's vehicles here in the future. This kind of service is hard to come by and I was very impressed. I spoke with Jeff in the service department and he was kind and knowledgeable.
