Amazing products, amazing customer service! We utilized EWP on our new home build. Everything was crafted beautifully and we got exactly what we ordered and more. Our favorite finishes came from trees that we cut on our own property and had custom milled and finished. Thanks for helping us build the dream! Highly recommend.

We have been building our dream home for a few years now and have worked extensively with Enterprise Wood Products. We have brought ideas to fruition through the help of Tom Ory, who is great with customers, very easy going, laid back yet gets the job done to perfection. We found Enterprise, when we wanted to take timber from our own land and incorporate into our new construction. Today we have massive handscraped timbers, oak mantels, tongue/groove rustic wood accent walls all from the trees we dropped on our land. Furthermore, in the shop currently they are working on custom hickory doors and trim for the finishing of our home. We are very impressed with the detail they put into all they create. Thank you Enterprise for bringing our vision to reality!

We have purchased a variety of different products and have loved them all. Everything provided was top quality, easy to install, and has added a nice touch to our home. The Ory's have been nothing but great to us. I cant recommend their products enough!

The short review: Enterprise wood sells an inferior product (see images of mantle that split three months after purchase) and provides inferior customer service while charging you top dollar for their product of which “they are not responsible for once it leaves their facility.”
The long review: We bought a mantle, reclaimed wood and some trim pieces for a fireplace project. The initial process should have set off alarms to us but it was during the pandemic when help and service was spotty almost everywhere. We were working with a salesperson to set up all of the materials for purchase: a mantle, reclaimed wood to go above the mantle and trim pieces for the corners. When working with the salesperson on pricing he suggested he could throw in the trim pieces for the project and we were instructed to get exact measurements for everything and send them back to him. A few months later we were called by Enterprise wood and were told that the salesperson we were working with had left the company and had “taken poor notes” on the project and that we needed to redo all of the measurements that we had done before…no big deal. A few months later our contractor picked up the materials and when he installed the wood noticed that there were no trim pieces. I called Enterprise wood and told them we were missing the pieces and once again were told the previous salesperson had not done a good job on the project and left some details out. A couple weeks later our contractor returned to pick up the trim and he was charged for the pieces. When the trim pieces were opened they were so flimsy that when one was picked up it snapped in half. Luckily the contractor could piece it back together. I called about being charged for the trim pieces that were supposed to be free and were not included in the original pickup and spoke with Tom Ory. Tom said we had to pay for the trim pieces because there were no notes of the fact they were supposed to be included with no fee. He acknowledged that the salesperson had not done a good job with taking notes on our project but said there was nothing he could do if it wasn’t written down. I argued for ten minutes about how I should not be held responsible for poor work on his staff and short of calling me a liar, Tom refused to budge until I said I was going to write a review of our experience. He then refunded our money for the pieces. However, we still had to pay our contractor for his time to go back and get the missing pieces and to return to finish the job.
Three months after the install we noticed that the mantle was splitting in parts as though it had not been properly dried. I sent pictures to Tom and called him about the problem. I was not looking for a new mantle, just to have someone come look at the wood and tell us what options we had moving forward. He said there was nothing he could do about it and that “they were not responsible for their product once it leaves their facility.” He suggested several reasons why it was my fault the wood split including poor humidity levels in the house. I informed him that we do have humidity controls and he suggested it was not as humid as the conditions they would keep wood under in their facility. It appears as though you need to keep a humidifier blowing on the wood to maintain their condition. He then suggested that the mortar touching the wood from the stone work below the mantle had allowed water (from the mortar) to enter the wood and that caused the split. I question whether that much water could come from the mortar. He then sent an email with images of the mantle in their facility and pointed out cracks in the mantle that led to the split. He then states “My hope is not to try to pass blame or fault to you but to inform on how wood acts and that it is a common thing with wood products.” I am fine with cracking..that gives wood character. I am not fine with wood splitting that implies a flaw in the production of the product.

We just purchased some red elm wood flooring from EWP. We needed it to match the existing flooring for a remodeling project and the red elm was difficult to find.. My husband is a carpenter and my son installed hardwood flooring for years before taking a different career path so both are very picky craftsmen. Our flooring from EWP was amazing. Nice long pieces, excellently milled (according to the hubby and son) and installed easily with very little piecing. Excellent product and great service from everyone at EWP. Won't hesitate to recommend them. The pic below is before finishing. I will try to remember to post a picture after finishing so you can see how beautiful red elm flooring can be!!!

We found this business by chance online and ordered a very large live edge shelf. When it came, while beautiful, it wasn’t what we expected based on the online photos. I contacted the company and Tyler agreed. He then worked with us over the course of a few days to find a solution that was acceptable to us. Yesterday our new shelf was delivered and it is absolutely perfect. Tyler kept in contact throughout, showing us photos of the raw piece of wood and discussing each step to make sure we were happy. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service we received. And the end product is beautiful. I am often skeptical about ordering from somewhere based on an online advertisement but I’m so glad we took the chance. I highly recommend this company and will absolutely use them again when the opportunity arises. Will share a pic when the shelf is installed.

Our thanks to Tom and everyone at Enterprise Wood Products for the quality of their product and especially for their excellent customer service. We recently bought some hardwood flooring from another wood products dealer, but unfortunately the quantity of the material was significantly short, leaving us in limbo. We explained our dilemma to Tom, and he was able to make the flooring within a time frame that was reasonable for us to finish our project. We subsequently canceled our order for reclaimed trim wood from the other vendor and asked Tom if he could fill that order since they had done such a great job with our flooring. Enterprise is now our “go to” for our on-going remodeling of our new -to-us home. Enterprise Wood Products’ excellent service and product makes our remodeling projects less stressful, and we thank them.
