Yeni tasindik ve kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Kullanilan malzemeler kalitesiz. Pencereler surekli hava aliyor. İsinma bedeli altinda ortak kullanim ucretleri cok fazla. Aidat deseniz nereye gittigi belli degil. Luks sitrlerde bile bu kadar degil kaldi ki sosyal kullanim alanlari ( cocuk havuzu buyuklugunde bir havuz, 10 kisilik bir spor salonu) icin cok fazla. Yonetim cok ilgisiz, bir sorun oldugunda sizi surekli bugun yarin seklinde oyaliyorlar. Kisacasi buraya vereceginiz parayla gidin daha luks bir sitede oturun.

Sitemiz konum olarak çok güzel ve yaşanılacak bir noktada. Gel gör ki site yönetimi rezalet. Yukarıdan aşağı site yönetimi amatörlerin elinde. Fakat malesef o amatör ruh kesinlikle yok. Mütahit firma olan Ortadoğu inşaatın site yönetimi firması olduğu için , mitahit firmaya toz kondurmayıp sitenin çıkarlarından ziyade firmanın çıkarları için çalışıyorlar ve site sakinlerinin yönetim için yaptığı eleştirileri ve uyarıları dikkate almadıkları gibi malesef kendi bildiklerini diretmekteler.

Maalesef şuanlık mecburiyetten kiracıyım ve kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum ne evler kaliteli ne site yönetimi ne de site tesisleri her hafta vidanjör geliyor kapıya fotoğrafını paylaşsın anca yönetim. Fatih te oturduğum 30 yıllık sokağa 1 kere bile vidanjör gelmedi. Gidin çırçır da karadolapta daha butik sitelerde oturun hiçbir avantajı yok buranın.
