I do not feel they manage the property correctly. The lawn maintenance company is horrible and not correctly monitored. I thought maybe it was me but when I talked to about 6 neighbors they felt the same way .
My opinion is they are not the management company we need. It was actually a big conversation I heard at the pool amongst other people I don't even know.
Money is not spent well in this community.
I would not recommend them.

KW Property Manager ( PM) and District Manager (DM) at Lake House South in Boca Raton are totally incompetent. Because of their lack of management skills we are having special assessments to repair years of landscaping neglect. Did not take seriously patio degradation. Personally took us 5 months of constant requests to have an engineer out to inspect our balcony and someone to repair. All of this before new government mandatory structural inspections.
They have no sense of urgency. They do not respond to emails and if they do they are full of excuses and lies ….. never a solution. The DM actually uses extremely fowl language when talking to owners and even hangs up on them while on the phone. They accept no responsibility. The PM has no sense of urgency, avoids owners but caters to HOA board members. She’s always flustered due to her total lack of time management. Even cries when confronted. She relies on her DM to fight her battles. Due to her lack of employee management skills, good desk employees have quit and we end up with temps. Her maintenance employees have absolutely no supervision and as a result not as productive as they could be if proper training was provided. They are left to do whatever they want. One front desk temp tried to gain access to our unit at 11:00 pm. We immediately notified the PM. Not only did she do nothing she had the same temp out many weekends after.
NEVER NEVER NEVER consider KW Property Management for your condo. They generate an extremely negative, stressful environment!
