I live in a rental home managed by jeremy vandervort and it has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with a land lord. He refuses to replace or fix out air conditioning unit and refuses to address any additional issues. His communication skill are horrible and he seems to not understand the gravity of the situation at hand.
