We worked with the Wade team on a fun and unique project that required a lot of detail - finishing a small hidden speakeasy room behind a wall of bookshelves.

The Wade team knocked it out of the park, exceeding expectations! From the initial design with Cody and helping us figure out a way to meet the look we were aiming for while staying in our budget, to Nic ensuring they get every detail in the 6’ x 12’ space looking perfect. We couldn’t be more happy.

The entire team is a class act, they will be our first call on future projects. I would definitely recommend giving them a call for any home improvement and renovation projects.

We worked with Wade to do a complete demo and redo of our master bath. From start to finish, the work was exceptional. Emily and Michael really listened to what we requested in the planning phase and the outcome was exactly what we wanted. The painters, tilers, etc. were all high quality and very friendly. Zach kept us apprised each week on progress and we always knew what to expect. If there was an issue, it was resolved easily but there weren’t many. And best of all it was finished on time! Highly recommend.

Overall we've had a great experience with Wade including all persons involved from job estimation, design & selection, construction, and post-completion follow ups. Beyond just the technical know-how and quality workmanship, we really appreciated the level of care and attention to detail our project team gave to us and our project as well as being very proactive and communicative with us as matters came up during the remodeling process. As our first major remodeling project it was very helpful to have potential issues flagged for us during estimation/job planning (e.g., a potential electrical panel replacement) and opportunities to improve our home's function (e.g. upgrades to HVAC ducting with minimal cost/delay) called to our attention during the process. Additionally, Wade was extremely helpful and responsive in helping us repair some minor damage in the refinished area due to a roof leak that occurred after the job wrapped up. We couldn't be more thrilled with the work that Wade has completed and couldn't have asked for a better contractor to work with. For our kitchen remodel and dining room built in with wet bar, the Wade design company was very good from start to finish with their design, communication and most importantly quality! All of the subcontractors from the demo crew to the electrician, cabinet maker, countertops and painter did great work! AND, despite supply chain issues it was completed within the time they projected! We are very happy with the finished project & will be hiring them again for master bathroom remodel!!

I had been wanting to bring laundry to my first floor for several years, but there was no “obvious and easy” place in my home to put it . I talked to many contractors and designers and hadn’t found a solution that wouldn’t have created other issues. Then I talked to Cody who came up with a creative design idea that I hadn’t considered. It was a bit bigger project than I had initially expected, but by moving a wall and relocating a closet we were able to extend an existing bathroom to accommodate the laundry.

The end result? It looks like it belongs, like it was meant to be this way. It looks great and I have just as much if not more storage space .

Nic did a great job at managing the build team. I always knew who would be here and when. All the Wade guys and subs were friendly and professional…

Glad to have this project done but I kinda miss having them around 🙂
