Fox Run is truly a gem in the heart of Cedarburg, the most charming town I’ve ever experienced! The location is unbeatable—walking distance to local shops, restaurants, parks, and scenic spots. The community is incredibly welcoming, with friendly neighbors and a safe, clean environment. The amenities are top-notch, including a pool, gym, yoga room, poker room, and a pickleball court. Everything is beautifully maintained, and the management team does a fantastic job keeping the facilities flawless. I moved in a few months ago, and it already feels like home. Highly recommend!

This place is an absolute disaster—without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever had, anywhere. In just two weeks, there were three false fire alarms, one of which woke up the entire complex at 3 AM and was beyond disruptive. That’s just the beginning. There was also a gas leak, several internet outages, and countless issues with the amenities—all while I’m being charged $2,000 a month for what’s supposed to be a "luxury" apartment.

The property manager, Crystal, is completely unresponsive. She rarely checks her emails and never actually resolves anything. Getting a meeting with her is like trying to schedule an appointment with a doctor—virtually impossible. She even confirmed, in front of another staff member and a family member in her office during office hours, that we’d meet at 4 PM on January 24th to discuss the dermatitis caused by the hot tub and my lease renewal. Not only did she no-show, but she couldn’t even be bothered to follow up or reschedule. I was left standing outside her office for ages. Where’s the professionalism? Where’s the so-called “luxury” service?

Parking is another nightmare. The underground lot is so steep that, in freezing weather, my car slid backward and almost crashed. To make things worse, the parking garage isn’t even heated, and no one bothered to plow the snow.

And if you thought it couldn’t get worse—residents are forced to rent a Stanley Steamer for $200, which takes half of your deposit. The management, especially Crystal, takes zero responsibility and insists that none of this is their fault. This is a brand-new building that has more issues than a house from the 1980s.

If you’re looking for a stress-free, peaceful place to live, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Whether you’re a student trying to get through assignments or just someone who doesn’t want to deal with constant hazards and awful management, this place is a nightmare. It’s been nothing but headaches—honestly, it feels like living in hell. And don't be fooled by the looks—this place is cheaply built. Our toilet was never installed properly and has never been fixed, so every time you use it, it feels like sitting on a wobbly chair. There are serious safety concerns too, with harmful agents in the whirlpool not once, but twice, and an elevator malfunction that trapped a child for 45 minutes.
Oh, and Fox Run/P2 properties seem to be deleting valid reviews on Google to hide the truth.
