What a great experience! The plumber who came to my house was thorough, efficient, meticulous, and polite. They explained everything very well. I was given an accurate price estimate prior to the service. I will definitely be a return customer, but hopefully not too soon, especially since they did such a good job.

I was so pleased with the communication and responsiveness of the Budiac team. I foolishly knocked a roll of solder into an open toilet drain and was able to talk to a plumber on staff to figure out what the next steps were. They sent a plumber out within 30 mins to identify where the item was stuck in the drain pipe. The plumber (Vince) was extremely knowledgeable and thankfully able to cleverly get the roll out with an improvised hook on the inspection camera, saving me several thousand dollars in repairs. He was very knowledgeable and was able to advise me on some other plumbing in the home that needed to be repaired. Shout out to Vince!

We recently experienced every homeowner's worst nightmare when our sewer drain became clogged and in danger of backing up into our basement. We immediately called Budiac Plumbing who had done some other work for us in the past. Logan from Budiac arrived within an hour and began trying to identify and break through whatever was clogging the drain pipe. Nearly 6 hours later, he succeeded in opening up the drain and considerably brightening our day. Our technician, Doug from Budiac Plumbing came to our home to fix our leaking water shut off valves in our laundry room. He was professional, efficient, and communicative during the entire replacement process. Doug was able to fix the valves without drilling into the drywall and the price that Budiac quoted us at was the price we were charged, which in itself was very reasonable! Thanks to Larry, Doug, and Cody for fixing a bad situation with my clogged basement floor laterals to the septic tanks that are now flowing freely. I had a mequon plumber (CB) out to router the pipes. He was unsuccessful and gave me an invoice for $400. I contacted Budiac Plumbing by a reference from DJ (Wisconsin Pump & Sump). We were unable to run our water or flush our toilets. Budiac was able to come out within a couple of hours. They were equipped with angers, a drain camera, and a power sprayer that could flush 90 feet of sewer. Doug and Cody were very focused on rectifying the problem (a main lateral from the toilet to a clean out 40 feet long. The exiting lateral was also filled with sludge.
Larry invoiced a very fair bill for the 4 1/2 hour job. Budiac is now my go to plumber. I will recommend there professional services to everybody.

I’ve been a long time customer of Budiak Plumbing and have used their services for routine plumbing as well as more complex plumbing projects. Justin did the plumbing for 2 of my bathroom remodels where I served as the general contractor. He was invaluable in providing suggestions for overall project management and worked extremely well with the other contractors. Justin has a calm, assured demeanor and is a delight to work with. Cory drew the short straw on my projects and spent 9 hours clearing the massively clogged sewer line between my house and the main. Sewage had come up through the drain in my basement floor, forming a 9 foot circular, smelly mess. When Cory left, the sewer line was cleared and the basement floor was back to normal. Throughout the entire project, Cory retained a happy, can-do attitude. He stayed until 7:30 pm the first night and was back at my house at 7:15 am the next day. We had Logan come out the my grandmothers house. He was very courteous and respectful of the home. He discussed options with us to address problems so that we could make informed decisions on how to proceed with installing a new vanity and toilet. He was great about keeping the home clean wherever he went and he took care of removal of the old items as well. We would highly recommend Logan and Budiac plumbing for any of your needs.
