I hired Jair recently to enlarge a small half-bath/laundry room into a full bath/expanded laundry room. I'm very happy with the results, and had him back to renovate the remainder of the entire lower level of my home. This included installation of multiple windows and a new floor. Jair stays on budget, works diligently to keep on schedule, pays close attention to details, cleans up at the end of each day, and makes sure my expectations have been met at the final inspection walk-thru. I intend to have him back in a few months to renovate my main upstairs bathroom.

Jair has done many projects for us from painting, installation of a water heater, railing on a deck at our old house, etc. Since we moved, he has done 3 major projects and littler projects- new screen door, new basement entry door, 2 bathrooms and a deck. All of the projects were completely from start to finish and we love it. For my deck, he even added a last minute add on of a gate to block the stairs. Jair has my business anytime we need projects done.

J.B. Wendt did an incredible job on several projects in our house. The most recent project was our kitchen backsplash which turned out so amazing.
