North Shore was great! We needed a survey of our home and called them to discuss. Pricing was very reasonable; they discussed our needs with us and then scheduled a survey. The surveyors came out on the date agreed to, did their work, and left.

In November 2020 I engaged the services of North Shore Engineering to set the corners of a residential lot and prepare a 'plat of survey' drawing. My primary contact at the company was Al, who was available, easy to reach, and knowledgeable. The work was professional, on time, and at a fair price. It was a pleasure dealing with this company.

We needed a building permit servey. Along with having all the corner markers found and reset, lastly we had them put two extra permanent markers on one boundary along with Temporary markers on all boundaries.

Part of our request also included having the plat map updated to reflect the new permanent markers and the as built Condition of our home.

It took the field crew about three hours to complete their work. They also put an additional temporary marker up that was not part of the original proposal too.

The new plat map included not only the new permanent markers but also were all of the temporary markers were placed. The plat map was updated with dimensions documenting location of the markers, location of the lot line in relation to our house and one of the neighbors houses too.

We were very satisfied with the work performed and would definitely recommend them to others as they have done a lot of residential work.

I verified their firms engineering firm license, the owners professional engineering license and professional surveyor license. All are current and valid with the state of Wisconsin.
