We have been talking about enclosing under our deck to make a storage shed for years. We finally had the funds to proceed so we started meeting with a few construction companies. Jon from Sandvig won us over. The start of the project took a little longer than we had hoped, but we understand how busy the spring/summer months are for construction workers. Roy, Dustin, Adam and a few of Dustin’s helpers got the job done. The shed turned out better than we had hoped. We have a ton of storage now for our snowblower, lawnmower, deck furniture and many, many more items. Thank you, Sandvig for making our dreams come true.

We recently moved to Eau Claire and soon discovered that our new home had a few issues that needed quick attention. After a sump pump was installed in the basement (by a different company), we needed new stairs, framing, insulation, lighting, ceiling and bathroom! The folks at Sandvig Construction helped us out at every stage. From hand-holding and explaining every step, to hiring and supervising all of the subcontractors, they were on site almost every day. Michael was a fantastic project manager, and very patient! Sandvig also helped us to stay on budget, and checked with us as needed changes or options arose.
We were very happy with them, and plan to hire them again soon to address a few other quirks of our new home.

We recently hired Sandvig Construction for a number of issues on a home we had just purchased. We live 4 hours away and needed someone we could trust to do the job right. Sandvig proved they were the right choice by providing updates as the project progressed. We had a couple curveballs which cost more, but we felt they were very fair with the change order price. The weather prevented us to finish the minor roofing repair. We have such confidence we paid them in full, knowing they would be back in the spring

We have a whole house renovation...bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen,
living and family rooms, back deck, interior and exterior paint, window, insulation and so much more. Quality work, great communication. Responsive to questions, inquiries, and changes. Trustworthy and reliable. They may not be the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for .....well worth every penny. Had the house appraised and the number came in well above my expectations and the appraiser repeatedly said, 'what a quality renovation'.

It's hard to find good quality construction companies these days. So if you want top notch, then Sandvig is the one. They will be our go to company from now on. Already have our deck renovation project scoped out with them to start first thing in the spring of 2025.
