I am incredibly pleased with my new furnace! The install went well and the crew did an excellent job.

What I didn't expect, but was extremely impressed with, was the level of professionalism and customer service provided by the support teams. Two individuals in particular drove this result.

Angie, who works in the office, responded with speed and precision to each of my inquiries... I did have a few extra needs than most so I contacted her maybe a few more times than what an ordinary customer might. It did not matter if by phone or by email, she handled the need promptly and accurately. Very well done!

I also worked with Adam to assess the work, produce the quote and follow through. During our exchanges, Adam did a great job communicating and setting expectations. He seemed to always know exactly what was needed and when we could expect to have the crews in our home.

Gene's has put together a great team, and the business really does deserve your consideration for any HVAC work you have.

We have used Gene's for YEARS. We have a funky system that they didn't install. It needs a bit of extra TLC. I love their tune-up specials. They have been friendly, prompt and through every time. We have had a few emergency calls and have always been taken care of. I don't ever want to go anywhere else.

Called them Thursday morning at 7:30 and explained the furnace stopped working overnight. They sent someone over while I was at work. When I returned home that afternoon, I found a note stating that they had ordered a part and wouldn't be in until Monday. This was November and the overnight highs for the weekend we're 8 degrees. I have 3 kids and didn't think we would be able to wait until Monday. They explained to me the part was really hard to get and could absolutely not get it any earlier. They offered me a small heater only after they talked with my husband who was out of town. I called Chevs Heating in Bloomer and explained what happened. He made a few phone calls and my furnace was fixed that same evening. Genes was perfectly fine leaving me and my kids in the freezing November cold for 96+ hours. I would not bother wasting your time here. Call someone else, anyone else!
