I contacted a gentleman, Jose, about giving me an estimate on getting my driveway replaced. I'd gotten 1 text saying he'd be at my home around 5 on Thursday. Then he said he had put it down for Friday instead.
I waited Friday and texted to see if he was still coming. By 6:00, I felt like I'd given him enough time to contact me to give me an idea when he'd get to my home. I gave him the option to come and leave the estimate on his card, but he totally blew me off with no text or call and he did not come.
He had sounded nice, but did not think it important to call and give me an idea of when or if he was going to make it at the time he had chosen. I won't be using Stonewood Construction because of the lack of communication with me as a perspective client.
