John and his team have done multiple projects for my house. The completed a 6 foot privacy fence 2 years ago and just re-did the siding. As with all home projects, issues arose when the old siding came off and John thoroughly explained the issue, the solution, and then worked with me on a price to complete the additional repairs. Multiple neighbors have complimented the work and the friendliness of John and his staff. I’ve also had multiple friends hire John for their home projects as well. Would strongly recommend for any exterior or interior projects!

John and his partner did a wonderful job installing my storm door. In fact, he went above and beyond for me. I had taken the wrong measurements and ordered the wrong size door. After discovering this, John went back to Menards and exchanged the door for the correct size. They do a whole lot of other repairs around the home too. Highly recommend!

John and NDC did a fantastic job replacing 16 of the 100 year old windows on my duplex. The communication, clean up, and quality of work were superb. John's attention to detail is obvious. He even went out of his way to make sure the window AC unit was able to run throughout the process, and installed the AC unit once the windows were replaced. Couldn't be happier with the final product. I am looking forward to working with John on future projects!

John and Mike replaced my entire house full of windows. They went above and beyond and helped to move furniture pieces out of the way as well as clean up as they installed. The windows installed fit perfectly and will benefit the home greatly. They took care of every detail even replacing worn out wood on the outside prior to wrapping everything in metal so no painting in the future. They even were able to replace two old casement windows to double hung sliding windows which is greatly appreciated! I would recommend them for any project at your home. Honest and Trustworthy!

John is great at communication and quick with scheduling and his services. He does exceptional work at a great price and is able to do just about any kind of construction job that you would need. I would recommend him and will definitely hire him in the future for other jobs needed done on our condo. Nicely Done Construction is my go to guy. He is responsive, creative, dependable, trustworthy, hard working and very personable. He’s done a few projects for me and I cannot speak highly enough of him.
I wish I took better pictures because these do not do justice of the hard work put in. I’ve worked with other contractors and they do not even come close to the level of craftsmanship displayed by John and his guys.

Had NDC come in and replace 30 windows on the first and second floor of the new house me and my wife purchased. Exceptional, both with work ethic, and quality. Competitive pricing, especially when you talk about the level of craftsmanship you are getting. Will use again for my third floor windows and I'm sure much more. Keep it up!
