We hired KJN to refinish our basement and could not be more pleased! They helped us from the very beginning designing and planning everything. They listened to what we were looking for and had great suggestions on finishes to help us stay within budget and installed everything beautifully! They were efficient and did QUALITY work! Jake, Nick & Jim take great pride in their craft and it shows. Jim was responsive and organized keeping us up to date on everything throughout the entire process. We couldn’t be more pleased with the space and working with them!

We loved working with Jim and the boys for our basement remodel project. We were referred to them through our cabinet company to install the bar cabinets and they did such an amazing job we hired them for more work in the basement. We’re very particular about things and they lived up to everything we envisioned with this project. First of all, the bar they built was flawless. As our project moved on we realized that taking on building a wainscoting ourselves was going to be tough so we asked if they could take it on. They built the most beautiful wainscoting and it was wayyyyy faster than we ever could have done. To stay on timeline we also needed help framing the bathroom. They were in and out within half a day and the timeline for other contractors was met perfectly! Our basement is so amazing thanks to them.

During this project, we bought a vacation home and decided to finish the basement of that home as well. Jim and the boys made the 4 hour drive up to Crandon and put knotty pine through the basement. They even brought their ceiling guy with to put a drop ceiling in. Just like our other home, the work was flawless and so beautiful. Such a relief to have met them! By far the best referral we have ever been given. They are the nicest guys, it’s like having a good friend over to help with projects. Thanks again guys! Kitchen remodel coming soon 🙂

Jim, Nick and Jake are the best. Don't hesitate to use these guys. They know the business well and are trustworthy!

A recent review by Al is a frivolous attempt to downgrade the most professional, trustworthy, and experienced contractors. KJN did a complete and major basement project which we can't be any happier (plumbing, wet bar, bar, bathroom, bunk area, great room, office area, fireplace, etc.) Jim and team stopped by daily to answer questions and ensure the timeliness and completeness of the project. All I can say, is use these guys; you wont be disappointed! Anyone trying to smear this company has to have something wrong with them and did not listen or take Jim's ideas into consideration, otherwise they would not have had any issues. My experience with contractors is expansive and KJN are on the top! if you need any questions answered or would like to see first hand experience with what our basement looks like please reach out. Granted, anyone can post their own opinions on social media but don't hesitate to use KJN based on one review. They are far the best and will go out of their way to make you happy with the end result. That I will guarantee!

KJN did a kitchen remodel at our house a few years back that exceeded our expectations. In early 2020 they "created" my office. Their experience brings a lot of concepts that we would have never thought of, allowing us to fully utilize space and end up with a room that adds value to our home.
