This place, where business centers are generally located, is at the Yenibosna metro exit and right in front of the Yenibosna metrobus, which is easy to reach, but classical Istanbul is very crowded and the cultural university is just within walking distance.There is also a shopping mall within walking distance, and Koçtaş is on the opposite side, so you can find everything you want here. Just above, there is the annex of the Bakırköy courthouse.

last year ....we had rented an office there ,,it was amazing and the services are very cool ...you can use the interior pool and the exterior one
,free parking and wonderful view ...
there is an air condition and kitchenette in all the houses and offices
the location very accessible near the metro and in front of the metro-bus station ,,,there will be a shopping mall also soon ..
it will be very nice place ...
but for all of that you will pay good also 🙂

The building from outside looks incredible, but when I rented a flat there, I discovered a horrible service and furniture. I have stayed in so many hotels and motels but have never seen a place dirtier than this. They take 400 TL for a day and day that the flat is clean and all. And when you enter the flat you see a smelly fridge, broken cooker and only one pillow!!! Like, even the bed is dirty!! They only care about money. I swear they see clients as moving cash.

I would recommend you to stay in a hotel that takes 450 TL instead of nef 22. At least you have breakfast included to the fee in hotels.

Nice place , home appliances seem to be of good quality .
Hot water sometimes takes 10 to 15 minutes to arrive , they claim that swimming pools open between 7 am and 10 pm except that is not the case (they open from 9:15 am till 9 pm) , still even after I brought this issue to their attention.
Gym is awsome.
Security is not enough.
Edit: after weeks of complaining , hot water still takes at least 15 minutes to reach if it does any way , meaning my shower which takes 5 minutes is going to be in cold water until my lease is up while paying the price of hot water

This is a place i go to visit my dentist. This is a residence kind of living place and i believe there are many other clinics, bureaus, daily rental flats -i don't know if this is a thing they want- and of course just regular flats which are homes of maybe thousands of people. The interiors of the buildings are rather quiet and the corridors are narrow in my opinion. I've only been in F Blok building and it has only 2 elevators for about 250-300 flats. Never had problems of waiting etc. but it must be happening to a resident of the place every once in a while.
