If you hire these guys, expect to do a lot of clean up after they finish their work. There was a lot of garbage left in the yard. Also expect days they will say they are going to show up and not show up or show up half way through the day. This happened multiple times. Iwould not recommend

Update: I tried to contact Mike again reference screens for windows that he installed several months ago and he will not respond to me. We have been waiting for 6 months now. Please do not trust this company to work on your home or business no matter how good of a talker Mike is.

Mike took a down payment from some friends. It has been 8 months and he still has not paid them back…never even ordered the supplies. Lied to them and the police. The DA is now pressing charges.

Excellent work! Responsive and helpful, Mike and his crew really care and did a great job on a storm damaged roof, soffit and fascia. They offered to come out and tarp the damaged roof the same day I called them, and did, without any ask of commitment to use them for the repairs. We couldn’t be happier with Norstar, and would recommend this company over any other contractor in the Chippewa Valley.

I had a large tree fall on my home in August 2021, during a severe storm. They came right out after the tree was removed to temporarily tarp my roof. Then assessed damages and worked with my insurance adjuster and gave me a quote. They started work promptly once contract was signed and tore off old roof, repaired all damage to roof and replaced roof and a gutter too. Also replaced, textured and painted the ceiling that was damaged and also painted some water stained areas in another part of the house. The whole time they were prompt, professional, respectfull of our time and my wife's disability also were cautious to assure our pets didn't get out from a gate or door left open. Every interaction I had with every worker was respectful, professional and courteous. Every expectation I had was exceeded.
