Their website states Honest, Quality, Reliable. Those three words should never be associated with this "establishment." This was the second time I hired Twisted Oak. The first time was a couple years ago to put in a 15" brick walkway, which I supplied all materials and had on site, my design, they showed up on a Sunday, spent 2-3 hours and charged $450, paid in cash. I was satisfied with the minimal work they did, so I hired them again, dumb!
On June 29, 2022, they just showed up again to fix a drainage problem behind my garage that I had discussed with them about. The problem was not corrected, but they were paid $1200, cash, again. I contacted them and it was the first week in August before a couple people showed up to "fix" the problem. Shortly after that, with the first light, but constant rain, the pictures will tell the story. They made the problem worse!. I have called, texted, emailed, and sent pictures to them many times. Twisted Oak has remained silent, not a response of any kind.
My experience with them is absolute dissatisfaction without relief, at this time! Use at your risk, and be prepared to pay cash!

They charged a ton of money, did not listen when i said i wanted my yard and patio to slope away from the house, they didnt haul away soil and brought in top soil like i asked, they left my yard looking like complete garbage. Im still pulling tons of rocks out of it and can barely mow because theres tons of hills and valleys. The patio flooded my basement and they came back and put in drain tile and then left the yard they tore up again with the equipment as is. Do not hire these people.

These guys were great and got my topsoil delivered exactly where I needed it placed. They were very helpful getting my delivery done even though I had a tight timeline. Jesse, the man who delivered our topsoil was very personable and reassured me we were doing it correctly so far. Will definitely use them again. Thanks guys!

2 weeks ago....We had a large depression (sink hole) next to our mound system. 1-2-3 they filled it with 15 yds of nice black dirt, compacted it, sowed grass seed and strawed the area in no time at all it seemed.
Great folks to work with from start to finish of project.
