EMC Engineering Services really came through at our time in need, do to Helene. They have gone out of their way to make our situation a priority. They were very professional and helped with staying on our county with their findings and was available for any other information needed. We don't feel like we could say enough about them. I'd like to say a special thanks to the gentleman that listened to my wife vent. I owe you a cold one.

I was referred to EMC Engineering Services by an acquaintance of mine. I emailed with Richard a few times and explained what I needed done on my property. He was very prompt in his responses and did a great job understanding what survey work I needed done. The crew that came out and did the survey work was excellent. They were very efficient and thorough. I would highly recommend them for any work you may be needing done.

I contacted EMC to survey my home in Evans. Even though EMC work schedule was very tight, the manager was able to fit our survey into his schedule. The EMC Survey Crew arrived and immediately went to work. The crew was very efficient, professional and knowledgeable. It didn’t take long for the crew to locate the corner pins, survey and install stakes. Would highly recommend EMC for all your surveying needs.

I called EMC at 7:30 am, by 3:30 pm that same day I was thanking them for their work and asking who I needed to make a check out to. When I say this is everything right with a business, I mean it. Fast, reliable, efficient, and communicative. Their field tech, Austin, was extremely friendly and you could tell he enjoyed the work even though it was freezing outside. He took the time to explain things to me and answered all questions I had. Richard, the guy I worked with over the phone, again was extremely fast with communications, fair in pricing, and quick to help. All in all, I only worked with this business for one full day and it was one of the easiest experiences I’ve had working with a business. True professionals!

Richard helped us tremendously by providing tons of information about the process with our land. He explained what we needed to do and really helped us understand what we would need from a surveyor and at what point in the purchasing and building process we would need them. I can't recommend EMC or Richard enough, he did an incredible job arming us with information.

My entire experience with EMC was really fantastic! I needed a survey done to verify placement of a fence and Richard was incredibly helpful in explaining everything they would do for me (which was above and beyond what was offered by other local companies and at a better price). Nick actually came out to do the job with another employee and they were great. Super courteous, professional, helpful in explaining what they'd done (and explaining it again once my neighbor came home) and really patient and kind to my children who were VERY interested in what was going on. Now that my property lines are clear I won't need them again, which is almost a shame because the whole experience was terrific. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Our land surveyor, Richard, worked with me throughout the whole process. I chose to have my property and home elevation surveyed due to a recent FEMA flood map revision. Richard and the crew who came out to survey our property were prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend this land surveying company as they are trustworthy and hardworking. Richard is very knowledgeable in his field, while at the same time he was able to communicate all the technical lingo in a way that I understood.
