A little over a year ago, I was looking to buy a ranch in the Camillus area. I was on my way to look at one when I saw the sign for Shaker Heights. Curiosity got the best of me and I turned into the neighborhood to have a look. I immediately loved the area and found a lot that was still available.
This was the beginning of a wonderful journey of building my dream house. Ron Milback was the builder and he was with me every step of the way, guiding me and giving me all the resources I needed to have the house built exactly how I wanted. Ron is highly knowledgeable and is on site making sure the subcontractors are doing their work with care and diligence.
My questions were always answered in a timely manner and Ron kept me abreast of all that was happening with the construction. I would highly recommend Ron Milback to build your house.

We’ve been our new home for 6 months and we absolutely love it. We sold our other home sooner than expected and had to live in our camper while our new one was getting built. Ron and his team did everything possible to get our new home done quickly (despite the weather). Along the way Ron suggested a few design changes and we are very glad we did them. Building a house can be a stressful thing but from day one Ron made us feel comfortable. He was upfront and honest with us every step of the way. His suggestions and attention to detail was outstanding and most would have overlooked. He responded to every call and text we had(which was often) with answers to all our questions. Even after we moved in Ron still checked in to make sure we were happy with everything. We would have never chose any other builder to build our house. We are so happy with the way our home came out and will enjoy it for years to come.

My husband and I met with Ron when we were planning to build. He was extremely professional and full of information that we, new to the whole process, we in search of. We were able to walk through a couple of his homes that are currently being built to see where we would want to customize our own. He uses great materials and is straight forward about realistic pricing and timeframes. We ended up finding an existing home in this crazy market, but if we didn't we would absolutely have used Milback Custom Homes to create our dream home.
