If you give them something to work with, they're lightning fast. I went from looking at properties to moved in to a very nice, freshly renovated apartment in less than a week.

The whole process was very smooth. The online portal makes it easy to pay your rent, pay for application fees, etc. I worked with Marlynda and Ashlyn through all the stages and they were prompt and effective at guiding me through the steps.

Left me and my pregnant girlfriend in the basement apartment with no heat I have to use a space heater and management has not acted once what’s so ever but told me nothing but lies. CHECK THE HEAT WHEN YOU VIEW BECAUSE LANDLORDS LIMIT USAGE AND COULD BE PROBLEMATIC DEPENDING ON YOUR NEEDS

Hi! Upon review of my text thread with Marlynda, I arrived at 12:43 and asked if I should wait or if it was possible for me to enter early. I reached out again at 1:07 and ended up waiting at the property until 1:20 with no reply. As confirmed with Marlynda when I sent in my photo ID, the background check wasn’t necessary as my information was only needed for property entry documentation and my girlfriend and I were prepared to submit after the tour.
As for the Zillow, I had confirmed in the same text that we were all set to fill out the extra applications and pay the $40 in fees but were inquiring if it would be easier for both parties to use the applications that were already filled out, as we had reached out on Zillow. I am more than happy to include screenshots of these conversations.
While I was prepared to change my review due to how professionally Marlynda had apologized several days later for not receiving your system’s automated confirmation and not responding to my texts, I no longer feel the need to. I wish you well!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I rented an apartment with them for around a year and a half. The staff are quick to respond and maintenance requests are followed up on very quickly. It would be tough to find a better leasing office in Syracuse!
