My step-daughter made an after hours call on 1/6/25 because her furnace quit working and your tag was on the furnace. The low for the night was below zero and she had no heat. The tech on call told her to turn her oven on and he would come out the next day.

According to him an oven in the kitchen will heat your house and keep your pipes from freezing in sub-zero weather. Is that the way he heats his house? Apparently she was supposed to sleep on the kitchen floor by the oven and let her pipes freeze.

Coming from a family that was in the HVAC business, I find this attitude very unprofessional and insulting. If this is your attitude than why do you sell furnaces instead of ovens?

She called another HVAC business and they happily came out and fixed the problem with her furnace so she could have heat. That's what I consider professional service.

I called Ziegler to have a tech come out and look over my air conditioner to make sure it's working properly. Figured while they were at my place take a look at the furnace to make sure everything looks good. I wish they would of informed me over the phone when I called or when the tech came out about pricing. They charged me flat rate pricing to look at ac unit and another charge to look at the furnace. If your going to charge expensive flat rate pricing, inform me of the charge ahead of time so i can confirm or choose which services I want done. I figured it was hourly so that's why I had you look at the furnace while you were here even though it worked fine.
