Lautz Lassig has done a number of projects for us and are slated to do more. Their work and their work ethic is incredible. We bought a house that needed a lot of work some of which needed to be done in a short time frame before our furniture arrived. The lower level was framed out with a poorly outfitted basement and with poor overall layout. 2 previous contractors looked at it and couldnt suggest alternative layouts and in one case took 6 weeks to "come up with a proposal" only to show up with a hourly rate amount. Kraig (PeeWee) immediately suggested a better flow and took over coordination with contractors i had hired to do some specialized work in another area to ensure it was all done properly and with the best timely. My lower level is incredible, as is my sister's new addition that will let them age in place.
Plans for a first floor addition for me are underway to solve the layout problems created when the house was built. Can't wait to see what they come up with!
