They did an amazing job. I called them to set up an estimate; they had a cancellation, and came over within an hour. They quoted a very reasonable price, and they did a beautiful job on two ceilings. They were done within one day… I did not have to pay until after I inspected it and was happy with it. My nephew is a builder and also says they do high quality work. I wouldn’t use anyone else in the future.

Crocodile drywall helped us with plaster repair and drywalling the house we're renovating. They were flexible and went above and beyond to make sure everything looked great. When I had questions or concerns, they were quick to respond. They even came back after the job was completed to do a few touch-up spots. I would highly recommend them for your drywall and plaster repair needs. They were super reasonable in price and will definitely use them again.

I would have liked to do business with Crocodile's Drywall. I like the idea of supporting a small family business. Unfortunately, Stephanie never produced an estimate. She had to reschedule the initial meeting, but I was available later in the day. She did a quick walk through, was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. It was a 2 part project and I was eager to get started on phase 1, but Stephanie said it would take several days (every other drywall estimator gave me a bid the same day). I waited a week and no estimate was provided. I followed up and provided my email again to ensure she had the right one. She responded right away and said she would get it to me the next day. No estimate provided, so I chose another drywall company for the first part of the project. I followed up with her again after 3 weeks and provided an additional email just in case. I also requested that she text me the total amount for the remaining job, so at least I would be able to see how her bid compared to others. She responded right away and said she would get it to me the next day. No estimate was produced. Sorry Stephanie. I'm moving on.

All bad reviews had the same thing in common: people not showing up for estimates or dropped communication. I thought what were the odds of that happening to me. Turns out, pretty good. Scheduled an estimate with Stephanie and agreed to come over on a Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning came and went, no Stephanie. Called her, no response. Left voicemail, no return call. Dropping this place like a bad habit and I suggest you do the same.

We were hanging our own drywall. Finished the ceilings, but it was going very slowly. We hired Crocodile's to hang the walls and tape and mud the joints to the point we could do our own heavy knock down texture. I was impressed by their speed and professionalism. They did a great job quickly - and now we can move forward with tasks we're better at! 🙂

My wife had been communicating with Stephanie and scheduled a bid walk through appointment yesterday from noon to 1. I had other things i needed to do, but i instead sat on my front porch for the entire lunch break to ensure i wouldnt miss anyone. Nobody ever called nor showed up. We had communicated with Stephanie today (day after said scheduled appt) and she openly admitted there was a lack of communication on their behalf.

I was actually out of the office unexpectedly yesterday as I was delayed traveling back from the holiday. Looks like no one took over my appointments 🥴".

My suggestion is to work on the communication in your company. First impressions are important. I also wonder how many other appointments were missed yesterday. Hopefully only us.

They were prompt with responses and were genuine. They did a great job and worked hard to get the job done. They worked with us and we really appreciated it. Our great room looks fantastic and we will use them in the future. We would definitely recommend their services.

We hired Crocodile Drywall to do 3 different sized rooms for the Recovery Room Bar and Grill and they did a more than fantastic job.
