We hired JC Builders to perform a rather extensive remodeling of our home in Janesville, where we added a laundry room upstairs with an enlarged pantry, remodeled a bathroom, and added a sunroom addition. They came up with ideas that we had never thought of that we love. They were extremely professional in terms of workmanship, flexibility, and project management. In order to save costs, they allowed my husband to do as much of the work as he was comfortable with, and we were able to save quite a bit of money that way. Their crew was great, and we were amazed at how thorough and responsive they were to anything we noticed that needed adjusting or correcting at closeout. We used JC Builders to design and build a screened porch on the second story of our home. Jim and Lucas teamed to provide excellent ideas for the concept we gave them. Using the Buildertrend web interface throughout our project we were able to easily see the plan, select materials, colors, and hardware. The budget throughout the project was tracked on the app as well. The workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding and they accepted our changes to the plan willingly. The project scope broadened as we progressed. The work ethic of Lucas and Kearney along with their outstanding teams of subcontractors accomplished that as well. This is the second major project they have done for us and we continue to be highly pleased and impressed with the workmanship and the business integrity which they embrace.
