These guys did great work. Our entire lot is almost 300,000 sq feet & was totally deteriorated. Within a few weeks, Norwest transformed out lot into something beautiful. I've very pleased with their work & will be using them again for my personal driveway later this year. Do not use this company.. Owner promised to repair my mom's driveway that they put in a few years ago. (it has a dip in the middle, water collected) Told us it was under warranty..They pushed us back many times . They don't communicate very well. The day came when they finally showed up. They replaced the drive.. Guess what ...It still has a big dip that turns into a pond. Cost us $5,000 for the same driveway.... should have been under warranty. Called my 83 year old mother and yelled at her to pay or else 😡😡😡

Contracted NorWest Construction to core and pave an additional driveway to provide access to a newly-built garage. The project changed and evolved to the point that I ended up having them replace the entire existing drive as well. Let’s all take a minute to remember that any project is a two way street - as a customer, I made several requests, changes, etc. Jeff (the estimator) was extremely accommodating and helpful through the process. Scheduling was prompt, and the finished job is excellent - who ever thought a driveway would be something to envy? All in all, I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Professional, helpful, reasonable, and well deserving of their reputation for being the best around. Thanks!

I have never been so disappointed before in my life. I was told at the end of last year, I would be their first driveway on the list for this year. Its now August. Then last week after many emails and calls, I was told by Amy, that I am on the list for this week. When I called to ask if they were coming out tomorrow, Friday, she was very rude and unprofessional saying I told you I would call you the night before and then told me they have bigger things that came up and it would be another 2 weeks for me.

From rockford area all the way into South Beloit on 251, one of your employees driving an older black S-10 type truck with company lettering seems to have a disregard for both the speed limit and traffic lights.

Guy driving the truck kept pushing over 80 mph, passing others at a high rate of speed, and didn't obey the obviously red left turn light at the intersection of 251 and Prarie Hill road.

If someone wants to drive like that in their personal vehicle, that's one thing. However, doing that in a company vehicle should net some kind of punishment of the driver, seeing as its unsafe, unprofessional, and a great way to bring negative attention to a company.

Every part of tie process of Norwest Construction paving our driveway was great.
There was even a person running around with a level the entire time making sure our New driveway, which had lots of bumps and turns in every direction, did not pour water towards our home. I would definitely recommend them to anybody I know.

We have had our asphalt driveway a little more than 5 years. There was a concern about drainage,because the drive does a downward slope to the garage. We have been completely satisfied with the way the drive was graded. The water drains off perfectly and the asphalt material has held up beautifully.
