Lots of trouble. Husband bought a plow from them. It was installed incorrectly. It wore the middle rod goofy and they fixed it, partnering with a local welding shop, outside of Hiniker recommended procedure. Now the previous fix caused the wing mount to break and cannot go back on warranty. Never again with Duffy's.

This place is by far the best place I've ever rented from. Rates are hard to beat and fair. Staff is courteous and professional with a personal touch. I've rented attachments, track machines, chippers and mini excavators from here for many years and always have a great experience. Very accommodating and helpful.

These guys are phenomenal. I have rented a Terex skid-steer from them several times in the past. The equipment is always well maintained and the pricing is reasonable. They have or will get what you need to get your job done if you give them enough time (and sometimes even if you don't give them enough time.) If you need quality equipment to buy or just to rent, this is the place.

Brought our machine to them several months ago. I've had to call several times to find out what was happening. Was told over a month ago it would be done by end of week. Called the following week to pick it up, but they hadn't worked on it. Was told by end of the week again. Again no call. Left a message last week. No call back. Key to running a business is communication with your customers, this place doesn't do that at all. I still don't have our machine or any idea if we will ever get it back.
