We've used Dirks since buying cabin in 2012. Sales rep accommodated our schedule on short notice (like 1 day notice). Signed the order and install was to happen within days. Due to a snowstorm we rescheduled install. Guys were timely, very professional and install went very smooth. Would refer them to anyone needing HVAC.

I moved to Cumberland, WI, 4.5 years ago and the house I bought has an in-floor concrete heating system. I only use Dirks to maintain it for me! The heating system is now very old and seriously limping along. My Dirks guy, Phil S., came to my house early this Sunday moring as the heat stopped. Phil is very knowledgeable as he's been in the business a very long time. My system needs to be replaced very soon and Phil has walked me through what his suggestions are. My heat is currently limping along but I'm proud and confident to have it replaced by this wonderful company. Thank you again, Phil, for going above and beyond with troubleshooting these last 2 days with me and taking my phone calls and texts. You are all very trustworthy!!!

James came to my home to address a noisy furnace fan last week. He checked everything thoroughly. We came to the conclusion that dirty filters were probably the problem. James was respectful, polite, friendly, conscientious and just a nice all around fella. Definitely a great asset to Dirks' staff.

We have worked with Dirk’s for years. We have a service contract for both heating and cooling. On the most recent boiler call, Phil (excellent technician) noticed a major problem. We decided to replace the furnace rather than make the repair. The price of the new furnace was reasonable, the scheduling and replacement were perfect. We even had to substitute a different piece of equipment based on the installers recommendation. The substitution was made on the same day, so we didn’t need to go overnight without heat. Great work, as always.

Just got to the cabin for the first time today since repair was made... thermostat and room thermometer were both smack you n 52 degrees, exactly where we asked James to set it. Furnace went out on Sunday morning and we were not there. They showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem and quickly restored heat. Technicians were GREAT! Friendly, knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. All at a very fair price. Great service. Thanks!!
