Nick Lorum was nice, quick, and efficient when he did our annual service. He made sure I understood what he had done. I've always gotten great service from 1st Choice- I've been a customer for years. Cameron is a tech who was training for the customer service side of the job and he came along and did a great job too. As a bonus, they were very nice to my crazy dogs. 🙂

Great service. All technicians are professional and thorough. They explain everything. They installed a furnace and central air conditioner in 2023 and the unit is so quiet that you don't even know it is running and my electric bill decreased after the new unit was installed. Highly recommend 1st Choice Heating and Cooling.

Timothy Shepherd knocked it out of the park! As a tradesman myself we are hard to please and critical by nature, so to give someone a 5 star review means a lot! He had a young helper working with him so there will be another great installer in the future if he pays attention! Level, clean and professional look to every connection, hose and pipe. The install took a bit long, but the end result shows attention to detail and not hurried work. Thank you Timothy, well done sir!

The whole team did a great job with our HVAC install. We did a complete replacement of our furnace and AC with a new heat pump/furnace system. They were in and out way faster than I thought and even dealt with a few quirks of my weird old house with no complaints. Could not have made it any easier! We're loving the new system already, so THANK YOU!

We had our furnace die suddenly during a recent cold snap, and the team at 1st choice was very responsive. Tim came out same day to see options for repairs, restoration or replacements. He was transparent with his observations and gave us pictures to understand what fueled his recommendation. Dan was able to come and better inspect our overall system when it was decided a replacement was in our best interest. He also helped a lot when there was a small hiccup with the financing we chose, and made it right as quickly as he could. Cameron and Mitch were our technicians for install and did a great job during installation. They not only were polite and professional, but they also took time to show me their findings along the way and went the extra mile to update some items versus just rigging things together with our current setup. We could not recommend this team enough for all your needs!
