SHORT STORY: Alesci Homes is amazing. They genuinely care about their clients and do great work. The quality is as good (but usually better) than most other builders in the area. Do your research - and then call Alesci to start building your next home!

LONGER STORY: We have a very complex/sloped lot in an older established neighborhood, which presented a lot of unique challenges. We are extremely detailed-oriented people and ended up building a very custom home. We talked with a number of builders before choosing Alesci. The quality, value, and friendly culture made the decision feel “natural”. I’m sure we drove the entire Alesci team crazy with our over-analysis & many questions - but they never let us know it. 🙂 They were always very patient, understanding and consultative throughout the entire build process. The subs that they work with are all top notch - they will not put sub-par contractors on your project. Everyone was extremely professional and knowledgeable - leaders in their respective trades. We love our Alesci Home. And your project manager is your main contact throughout your one year warranty period, so that’s really nice. Alesci doesn’t just close on the house and move on. If you’re thinking about building, call Alesci!

My wife and I recently worked with Alesci Homes, Inc. for our new home, and we could not be happier. They were very transparent about costs and timelines from the start. We really appreciated that their base prices included everything in their model homes, which helped us visually see what was affordable for us from the start and ensured that there were no surprises regarding extra costs. We’ve been in our Alesci home almost a year now and couldn’t love it more. We looked at many different builders in the area, but believe Tony and the rest of the team at Alesci homes was the best fit for us. Working the building industry, I bump into contractors who work with many different builders. I’ve only heard good things about Alesci (and I can’t say that for many other larger competitors), which only affirms our decision. The details he works to include as his baseline were important to me because we ultimately wanted this to be a life-long home that lasted. Engineered flooring, fully-wrapped interior window trim, high-quality windows, roofing, siding, and millwork, including solid core doors, etc.—Alesci puts quality into your home.

Alesci Homes has been great to work with on multiple projects over the years. When we were talking recently about building in a rural area, placement of our home was one of the topics between my wife and myself. Tony Alesci quickly talked both of us into the exact placement over looking our pond for the best view. His vision was spot on. During construction, I had no worries about anything. Anytime I had a question, it was immediately covered by one of the members of his organization, putting my mind at ease. Each of the contracting crews they brought in were clean, organized, and professional. Our home was on a set time frame that was kept by all. We moved into a beautiful home at the end of the project and have had zero issues since. I would recommend each of the contractors Alesci Homes works with to anyone. Solid builder and organization!!!

Signed a one year contract with Tony Alesci to complete one of his model homes. After twenty months of getting treated like garbage by being ignored and being lied to continuously we were finally able to move into the completed house. The added months of time it took for Alesci to complete the build cost us thousands of dollars extra, not to mention the frustration with seeing literally nothing happen at the build site for months as our life was in limbo. Despite all the time Alesci took to complete the build there are still many unresolved issues and the quality is subpar for a "custom" home builder, every contractor rushed through their part and sadly it shows everywhere you look. I would highly recommend using another builder like Victory or Belman Homes. As a side note, many of the Google reviews are from Alesci's suppliers (the names were on invoices with some of the material) and not actual customers so keep that in mind.

My husband and I built our very first home with Alesci, and we had the best experience! We had originally begun the process with a different company but dropped them before actually starting the process. We met with Alesci and within a weeks time he and his staff had a plan in motion for us. We were both completely comfortable dealing with Alesci and their crew. Getting in contact and receiving responses was no problem! (And being first timers to owning and building we had many questions.) We have been in our home now for 5 years and still love every inch of it. We watch new constructions by other builders go up in our neighborhood and can see where Alesci far surpasses them in quality. Our budget was not extravagant but Alesci worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Will definitely build with them in the future if we ever leave this house.
