Best damn remodeling company around. They did a spectacular job on my kitchen. I can't say enough about their professionalism. Mr Sweeney knows his stuff and their construction crew is 2nd to none.

Sweeney Design did a wonderful job on our home. We were nervous about remodeling because of a previous bad experience with a different builder. Sweeney listened to all of our concerns and communicated timely and accurately to us the project expectations.
Our project was roughly 2800 SF which included a master bedroom suite addition and finishing our basement. Patrick, the lead carpenter, and the rest of the field team were a pleasure to have in our house and respectful of keeping the work area tidy. The quality and detail of their work is very good. Our project manager, Lane, was always attentive to our questions or needs. We were regularly briefed on the project schedule and anything that arose during the construction process.
We cannot recommend Tim, Linda, and the whole Sweeney team enough!

We are a subcontractor and have had the pleasure of working with Sweeney Construction for many years. One thing that is particularly important in our industry is communication (from scope of work to expectations to scheduling) - and Sweeney does an excellent job. They are one of the most professional and personable contractors we partner with. Some customers you really enjoy working with and Tim and his entire crew are definitely at the top of that list!

I couldn't be happier with the just completed foyer - kitchen/breakfast room - laundry remodel. There were many "moving parts" to the project that came together for an amazing result. Tim, lead carpenter Jim, the office staff and subs were all great to work with - good communicators, confident and optimistic. The team was meticulous in cleaning up and protecting the rest of the house from dust and wear and tear. The craftsmanship and quality are first rate. I certainly recommend Sweeney Construction and look forward to working with them on future projects.

We have used Sweeney for 3 different remodeling projects over the last ten years, and have have nothing but positive experiences. The quality of the work has been excellent and budgets have been maintained. Unlike the typical contractor, Sweeney doesn't try to lowball an initial bid and then get it back by submitting numerous change orders. Plus they are a pleasure to work with!

Sweeney recently did a full basement remodel for us. When we bought our house in 2001, we knew we would need to do major remodeling. We first worked with Sweeney in 2004 to gut and remodel our kitchen as well as do a refresh (new windows, siding, wood floor refinish, etc). We were so pleased with the quality and professionalism provided by Sweeney that we have since hired them to gut and remodel two bathrooms, replace all the doors, and now gut and remodel our basement. Tim Sweeney and all the Sweeney staff are great to work with, and they stand behind their work. In our experience, they do a good job of budgeting (can't blame them for our change requests!) and stick to their schedule.

Tim Sweeney helped us determine alternatives and helped guide us in exploring the viability of options and solutions to the goals we wished to accomplish in a renovation/addition to our home with the City of Madison. Its been through Tim's years of experience, client forward approach, relationship with city officials that we were able to make the hard decision that our lot would be to difficult to reasonably accomplish some priority goals we had set while doing the early planning work with Tim. Straight, Honest, Customer Focused and working for our best interest are the take away from Tim Sweeney and Sweeney Design Remodel Contractors.

Sweeney did a fantastic job with our basement remodel. They were responsive, thorough, and our basement turned out great. Ryan in particular was pleasant to work with and had a remarkable attention to detail. They were particularly attentive to safety during covid as well. This remodel went as well as a home remodeling project can go.
