I hired Kevin to come out and assess the new screened in porch that I put on the house in order to clear the Building Inspection. I called Kevin and he came out that same night. He came prepared with all the necessary equipment. I walked him through the construction and then he started his inspection. He walked me through all of the recommendations, why he was recommending them, and how to perform them. In the morning, I had my full report with all of the recommendations, instructions on what needed to be done with diagrams and photo demonstrations.

I had emailed and texted with him the next few days to run clarifications by him. He has been prompt, professional, and educating. I would use Kevin and Vilas Engineering on any project that I had in the future.
