Hello ' I wanted to stop by and let you guys know I love living here I love my apartment Stacy the apartment manager is great she greets you with a smile she is very helpful anything I need she responds right away with a good heart and smile she answers my emails very prompt when I have questions or concerns she has been a pleasure since the day I moved in i love having Stacy as our property manager she is overall great THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN .ANTOINETTE

I am SO Happy here! My apartment is gorgeous! The Kitchen is AMAZING with Granite counter tops, a dishwasher, huge microwave above the stove, spacious refrigerator with ice maker, the sink is really deep with pull down spray nozzle and disposal AND so much cupboard space!!!! The bathroom is Huge! Front load washer and dryer and the shower even has a rain shower head! My deck is really spacious and I have table and chairs and plants and is a beautiful place for coffee in the a.m. My bedroom is large with a partial walk-in closet, ceiling fan, huge windows and I fit a tall boy dresser with long dresser and mirror and queen bed with 2 night stands mo problem! Did I mention the Gorgeous outdoor Swimming Pool with curved body contour chairs that are submerged in the water OMG it's beyond heavenly! There is a really nice workout room with everything you may need too! THEN the community room! Pool table, shuffleboard, fireplace, Gorgeous kitchen with everything you need for an amazing party!!! People have awesome get togethers here with family it's so awesome! I am literally steps away from Hy-vee, Target, Aldi, Good Will, Great Clips, restaurants and you name it! I don't understand why Anyone is complaining, seriously! Stacy was SO SO nice to work with in my experience! Sure there is some red tape to go thru with the subsidized rent and all but she really helped me and I'm very grateful! Also the maintenance man Pablo is just the nicest guy! He lives on property and works so hard here! He says Hello with a big smile every time I see him and has addressed any issues immediately!!! I have the nicest neighbors I've met and their cute doggies!!! I couldn't be happier here everybody!!!

Unexpected charges were drop in the bill. While moving out we clean but still part of the security deposit was taken because “it was dirty” so a charge of 400 is way too much… maintenance is ver deficient. The apartments are beautiful but management sucks. The manager was very rude to my roommate all the time. When I called to get my own lease for the following year she declined me right away cuz I am making more money. Many issues were handled by the central office out of the state due to my roommate and me did not wanted to even talk anymore to the manager (Stacy) therefore many people do not stay longer than a year. Late responses etc etc etc…. The apartment was beautiful but dealing with management was a nightmare that I would never repeat in my life… it’s not worth it.

It's about a month in and nothing bad to say about the property. Love underground parking, management and maintenance are responsive. Brand new building and within walking distance to Target and HyVee!

Despite the nice amenities, this place is a nightmare. Stacy, the property manager, will ignore your phone calls, emails, and is not available when needed in the office. We didn’t get our full security deposit back despite us doing a deep clean. Getting approved for this apartment was an extremely slow process and we were never filled in. We had to send unnecessary documents multiple times because they would lose them. Don’t trust this place with your personal information, take your housing needs elsewhere!

I would recommend this place to anyone you hate or knows law very well. My girlfriend lived here recently and the management is horrible no matter who you talk to communication lacks. My girlfriend received multiple random charges without description. When she would talk with the manager, she wouldn’t take my girlfriend seriously and threatened her. She showed bias against me and our roommate when we asked for applications. Management made living there hell every month. There was a window broken for multiple months, the dishwasher leaked everywhere and you can’t even talk to the manager because she has an attitude about everything and plays victim when you reciprocate. There’s a lot more that needs to be said but I’ll save it for the tenant resource center. Now after moving out, she still hasn’t removed the random charge, and has charged us $300 dollars for cleaning and another $96 in undefined charges pretty much withholding the whole security deposit. Keep in mind We had 8 people help us to move out and clean. Stay away from OakBrook properties!

So far our experience with applying and being approved has been simple and straightforward. The property manager is surely very busy, so patience is required, but she is extremely helpful. She takes the time to sit down with prospective tenants to answer questions and explain the process of applying. It can be slightly daunting to apply for income restricted housing, so come ready to ask questions when you meet with her.
The apartments are wonderful and the entire building is accessible for everyone. Great location behind shopping centers, but tucked away just far enough for quiet and privacy. We look forward to moving in soon and living at Limestone Ridge.

I have truly loved living here nearly one year! 𝗔𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: It has two elevators which really help when I have mobility issues. The wall paint is a bit thin and matte, but the flooring is lovely and the countertops are 𝘨𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘦𝘰𝘶𝘴 granite in the kitchen and bathroom. The carpet in the bedroom is cozy. The closet space is adequate, but you get an additional storage closet included in your rent that is just as big as one that I used to rent off-site! The sinks and faucets are good quality. A microwave and dishwasher are included. The layout of the apartments makes for an effective use of space. The washer and dryer are beautiful front loading, smart machines. I appreciate the generous size of the bathrooms. A balcony or deck AND HEAT is included with each apartment. This building feels like it is well insulated. It doesn't take much to keep it cozy and warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴: The pool is stunning and includes plenty of seating around it with tables. An outdoor kitchen, with a big grill, is next to the pool.
I really like the community room. It has a lovely, warm fireplace, cozy furniture, tables and chairs, a pool table, an air hockey table (I think that's what it is), and a very nice kitchen. I hosted Christmas with my family in the community room and everybody loved it.
A workout space is also available with several machine options and weights. Underground parking is available for an additional charge.

𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆: I feel safe in this building with its safety features such as sprinklers in the apartments and all over the building, a very good connected fire alarm system, double doors to the lobby where you have to have a key fob to get into the second door, and a safe place to go underground in case of a tornado.
We've met several very nice neighbors, too!
Management and maintenance are helpful, friendly, and responsive.

It takes a long time to get approved. I would recommend filling out an application 2 months before you want to move in. It's because it's income-𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 (not to be confused with income-𝘣𝘢𝘴𝘦𝘥). So, that means lots of forms to fill out and questions you may not expect (or even understand right away) because of the government's regulations and requirements. I had help from family members who are more familiar with these types of forms. Stacy, the manager, answered any questions we had. I had to practice patience. But, it was worth the wait!!
