Ingersoll is a great company to work with I highly recommend their services! I have been working with them for a few years now.  Everyone who works there is helpful and professional. They recently came and installed a new boiler at my house. The boiler works great and the crew was efficient with installation. The owner even took the time to explain how the furnace works to me. The office ladies are great and respond to any questions on time. Overall, they are a great company to work with, and I look forward to working with them again.

Ingersoll installed my outside AC fan with an unbelievably stupid mistake. The fan kept running without stop for three months until I noticed the problem. The company didn't offer any compensation. I totally lost my respect to this company, and I will not use it anymore in the future.

I’m not one to do reviews - but this group is phenomenal! Every single person I interacted with was pleasant and kind. They explained everything so I actually knew what was going on. They did the work super fast and for 1/4 of the price of Kruser’s Septic in Dickeyville. Going forward- this group will be my new plumbers no question.

I recently did a switch from a fuel oil furnace to a natural gas furnace. Everyone at Ingersoll was great to work with. I would definitely recommend them. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that they broke my basement light bulb off in the socket (now I have to figure out how to get it out to change the bulb) and said nothing to me about it. They also left some scuff marks on my basement door/steps but I understand due to an old house with a small doorway.

They used to be the best plumber in town. I used their services for 10 years. That ended this year. For $85 an hour I expect quality work.
