I took my 2002 325 excavator to get worked on last week. I told Mindy and the mechanic everything I had done and the test I had run. ( hydraulic pressure problems I thought). After 8 hours charged to me and 1200.00 later, I found that they had done nothing to help the machine. I was told by the mechanic that it was a lot better than before and had good breakout power now.i couldn't dig a hole with it when I got home. To make a long story short, they done NOTHING to my machine and lied to me about it. I was told that the motor may be weak or the pump could be weak, but after 8 hours of " testing", he couldn't tell me. They made me run them a speed sensor up to them( 1 1/2 hour drive) and didn't even fix that. My son in law bought a 30.00 compression test kit and in 20 minutes found the problem. Bad valve on cylinder 2 . He could tell by listening to it. He is a mechanic, that bunch at bobcat is a joke. Moral of the story, you're better off to do it yourself. Lesson learned

I have a 2019 Bobcat T595 with an extended warranty. The warranty and Bobcat are a complete ripoff! We had 4 injectors go down on a machine with 600 hours on it. They offered no assistance and Mindy in service was no help AT ALL! The solution to fixing my machine was paying $4,900 out of pocket. I highly recommend avoiding a warranty purchase or Bobcat Brand! Case or John Deere will be our next options.

I’ve been in the excavation business for 25 1/2 years an never had an experience any better than what I had today at bobcat of advantage valley Jeremy will definitely have the opportunity to put a price on the next small loader or excavator I purchase it is very rear this day an age with work force what it is to have an experience in a dealership like I had today very helpful an enjoyable place to be an fairly
priced on the rental I needed
