I contacted Marco Concrete to find out if they did polyurethane foam lifting and if they could quote me on lifting a slab in my driveway. After putting me on hold and checking with someone they came back and said they could and asked if I could get them the square footage that needed lifted. The next day I did more than that and sent them the square footage, satellite imagery and measurements of the slab, and multiple pictures/angles with a ruler so they could see exactly what I needed done. They came back and said they needed to come out to get me a quote. They scheduled a morning appointment for about a month later but they even missed that appointment and I didn't see them until the afternoon. When they finally came out they took the same measurements I had already given them, said they didn't do foam lifting (which was the point of the whole visit), and said the alternative mud lifting was going to be nearly an equivalent price to pouring new. I asked them if they could go ahead and send me a quote on mud lifting and a new pour and I'd consider between those two options and they said they'd have me something by the afternoon or the next day. I never got a quote or heard a word back and ended up doing a foam lift myself with a $500 kit (which was significantly cheaper than the $5500-$6000 ballpark they threw around while they were getting their measurements) I didn't complain at all about the unnecessary site visit, waiting a month for an appointment, the missed appointment, being misled about the service I wanted being available, or them trying to upsell me on a new pour but the fact that they didn't even follow through with a quote after all that made the entire ordeal a complete waste of time.

Ok, so I gave them the benefit. It has now been almost a month since Taylor came out to give me an estimate, which I Did Not rec’v until after I called multiple times returning none of my calls. Tiffany & Lisa were also bad about returning calls. Quoted me $47,500 to fix a wall in the back of my house that is just starting to bow. Listed items on the quote for them to do that I specifically told them I would take care of (removing my porch & unhooking my Central Heat n Air). Did not list detailed measurements or costs, very unprofessional & irresponsible!!! This company sucks…run….big time rip off.

Had an appointment for an estimate on March 4th which they showed up on time for. The guy, I don't remember his name.. He came in and I showed him on of the problem areas. He asked some questions and answered mine. Thats it, no tape measure, no note pad or laptop, and no pictures. He didn't even look at the full job that was needing done. Spent maybe 20 minutes tops looking at the foundation issue, thats it. When he went to leave he said he would get an estimate together. That was the last I've heard from anyone with Marco. I have not received no call, text or email with an estimate. Not a professional way to do business like their commercial portray them to be. I will not recommend this company for anything

These guys were working across the street from my house and slung concrete all over my wife's Mercedes. They came and told me they did it and asked me to get a quote to see what it would take to fix and they would correct their wrong. Now they refuse to even talk to me and the car still isn't fixed.

We had agreed on a price of $22,000 for two separate jobs. $10,000 for one and $12,000 for another. When we had an inspection by a structural engineer, he told us the $12,000 project was not necessary, so we dropped it from our contract with Marcos. After doing that, they raised the $10,000 job to $15,000 for "cutting the package" After two days of work, the foreman asked to be paid but apparently the $15,000 did not cover putting new concrete down! Only tearing out the old and DUMPING IN MY BACK YARD. These people are crooks.
