I had inherited my parents home, which they built, so I knew about the construction of the house and what was causing the foundation issues. I wanted an engineer to fix the problem and was very happy when I found Foster Construction. They are extremely professional and responded immediately to all my concerns during construction. The crew guys are courteous as well. They kept my neighbors informed of when they were bringing their large equipment up and would have our road blocked. My neighbors didn't have any complaints during my month long project. I had to have 15 steel piles installed in my basement with a sump pump. Also, I had to have my garage, driveway, porch and outside drains rebuilt. Everything looks beautiful and I'm happy to come home now!

The folks at Foster Foundation are top-notch! I noticed cracks in my walls and frantically called their number.
Amber heard my concerns and handled my panic like a pro while scheduling a timely appointment. Brett arrived when expected, traveling an hour or more to reach my home. He conducted a thorough inspection then shared his assessment, explaining his findings in terms I could understand. He was a good listener, well-mannered, and took care not to track in mud. Thankfully, my home doesn’t require repair at this time! But Brett told me what to look for and I will definitely call him to complete the repair if warranted.

I used Foster Construction for a repair related to a small amount of water coming through a crawl space wall in addition to improving some supports to structural beams. All aspects of the process were fantastic!!!! I was very pleased with how professional and responsive Brett and Amber were from start to finish. The communication was excellent and their construction crew was neat and professional. I will not hesitate to contact them for future construction needs.

Update as of 1/13/2025—We had about 10 inches of snow plus ice and rain this past week. We have had two days of everything melting directly in front of the repaired areas on the foundation. I went under the house this evening and I’m happy to report that the foundation and crawl space area is all dry from the melting snow/ice. It would not have been prior to the repair. Great job by Foster Foundation Repair!!!!!!!

Foster Construction did a wonderful job with my slab driveway and associated retaining wall. They replaced a segment of the existing wall and established proper drainage behind it, as well as adding a new section of wall above. They also removed a section of the old slab driveway and replaced, connecting the new portion neatly with the remaining section.

The Foster crew was great, kept the site in good order and minimized disruptions for neighbors. Brett was there regularly, checking on progress and doing hands-on work to make everything fit and work properly.

As background, I hired Foster Construction to correct problems created by another contractor and identified by an independent engineer's review. Given the previous issues with the site, I was especially reassured to know that Foster's work included a licensed professional engineer actively managing the project.

I would definitely seek out Foster Construction for any project that is within the scope of their services.

From first contact with our engineer, Brett, to last day of foundation repair the office staff, Amber, and working crew, Abel and Jeff mostly, were superbly informative and friendly. Crew worked efficiently and kept us up-to-date on the whole process. They left the property neat and clean. After a two-week foundation job that entailed digging up our front yard, they left the yard restored almost to its original state. Would be happy to hire this company again for any future needs and would feel confident they could and would perform exactly as promised. We are satisfied and happy with Foster Foundation repair.

I have had a great experience working with Foster Construction. I had a unique problem with my houses chimney. After calling half a dozen different contractors about this issue, Foster Construction were the only ones able to come up with a practical and affordable solution! The work they do is messy and dirty but they went over and beyond to help keep the dust to a minimal. They cleaned up every day.
