Had a project and had no clue what I was doing. I told Dustin I had a budget and details of the project and helped me every step of the way.

He told me the options I had, the materials I would need, and was able to explain the difference in the options to allow me to make an informed decision on my first project. That was 5 days ago and I already went back to start another,

Not that it matters, because this store doesn't care about their customers. Avoid this place like the plague, they sell defective products, that they know are defective by their own admission. Also, if you try and return the products they gaslight you about doing it wrong, because obviously the minimum wager at the store knows better than the people working with these products regularly. On top of that, I mentioned the inconvenience of having to go to another story because of this, and was told that's not that far. I guess some people's time is more valuable than others. The attitude here "who cares, bye!" I count the days until Home Depot crushes your stores out of business. Bye!

I placed an order on 03/04/2024 and used a coupon code. Once I went to pick up my order, the store person cleared the code I used which caused my order total to double. THEN, he slipped the receipt inside of a promo flier and did not tell me what he did in terms of what price I was actually charged. He even has the nerve to apply a separate promo code that only took off 10% for each can of paint. MY ORDER TOTAL STILL DOUBLED from the email receipt I received. I found out by looking at my credit card statement that he charged me double and then saw the receipt said the same. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A FIRST TIME PERSON LOOKING FOR PAINT. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE SHERWIN-WILLIAMS AGAIN FOR GETTING OVER ON ME LIKE THIS. I WILL MAKE SURE ANYONE I KNOWS THAT ASKS ME ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE KNOWS YOU ALL PRICE GOUGED ME AND DIDNT HONOR THE PROMO CODE I USED THE DAY BEFORE TO MAKE THE ORDER!! This was my first experience ever painting, and I was very nervous about it, technique, color, etc. The customer service at the store that I visited was amazing! Taylor helped me to pick out the right supplies, explained the different sheens, types of paint quality, etc. I thought he spent more time and had more patience with me than I ever expected from anyone! He really wanted me to be happy with my purchases, feel comfy using the tools (brushes, pan, extender, etc.). Super friendly and patient. Above and beyond!

I thought they would get tired of seeing me when I first moved to Dallas & was doing renovations, however, the staff was always friendly & always welcoming.

They assisted in recommending different paints based on my projects & offered help me to make paint selections - when I took a paint home & was not happy with the way it was looking (my selection & not their fault), they assisted me in re-tinting the paint to a darker color.

I would highly recommend going here for any of your painting questions/needs!
