Went in tonight to redeem an OTC payment for a sugar-free Gatorade and the experience couldn't have been worse. The woman I interacted with was downright shameful. She encompassed everything wrong with customer service today; rude, careless, and incompetent. I don't remember her name, but she looked to be latino, I would say 50's or so. Avoid at all costs!

CVS on Lemmon Ave is much better. The manager has great customer service!

Left me on hold for over an hour without answering my call about my prescription. They kept answering and would say “please hold” as quickly as they could then would put me back on hold. I eventually gave up and took my business elsewhere.

LT the african american "manager" or night shift employee lacks common courtesy. Someone who works directly with customers should have basic customer service skills. She has a whole group of frends her age just sittinv at the front talking and does not put effort into assisting customers and she gave me attitude for no reason, i have never felt so uncomfortable in pharmacy before i felt like i had stepped in her house and i was in the way. I took my business elsewhere and spent money where i was treated like any human being deserves, i will be contacting corporate and reaching out to the district manager which is obviously not checking up on this store.

Nobody wants to work at this pharmacy. Long wait times. You will be put on hold for 30 min plus and then they will hang up. Honestly Walgreens has become a joke of a company. They will pick up the phone and say please hold to put you back in the que and then disconnect the line.

I had a prescription from the doctor stating clearly the dosage of the medicine "as needed," and per company policy, they wouldn't sell the medicine.
They call the doctor, and the directions are so clear that the doctor would send the same prescription again with the same directions. Walgreens wants to know if I need the medicine one a day or 300 times a day. I'm still here on pain. No wonder this place has 2 and a 1/2 stars and I think that's too much.These people are ridiculous.These people are not doing their job.I don't need to know why they exist.And what I'm missand one of your skip.Some busy all they're doing is making other people live miserable. The waiting on the phone line is the most ridiculous thing this is like trying to Talk to someone in the white house but worse.

You are mainly getting two stars for the two black ladies that work night shift they’re the sweetest most amazing and helpful ladies you have. When the ladies are off and your other lady that is in charge is rude, hateful and I would rather do without anything. I need than to walk in there when she’s there. The other reason you get two stars is I do not understand and this is the only app. I know that will see it with expired coupon coupons and expired sales on the app. Do you have it where everything expires on Saturday but yet it’s still sitting on your app as though it’s on sale or the coupon is still valid that’s ridiculous and I see no other apps that do that

Worst experience I have ever had in my life! Transferred my prescription from CVS to here and I wish I never had! 3 weeks and it’s not ready! Tried to transfer it back to CVS and they are not releasing the hold! 5 hours later and still not resolved.

I have to write about the pharmacist Payson I hope I’m spelling it right. She has always been so pleasant and patient no matter what. I just had to let her know that I am very grateful for her kindness. We need more people like this when it comes to the pharmacy and customer service! 🌹
