CB2 offers unique items not found in other retail stores. They have exclusive items. I was so surprised at the linens offered, decor items, great holiday items and array of furniture pieces too. I wish the pricing was more reasonable. Sale pricing or final clearance % off, could be much better. Such a clean modern store. Need more variety of decor pillows, and offer alternative sizes.

Normally my experience at CB2 is good. However, today was kind of uncomfortable. Came to look at the showroom for dining chairs and champagne glass ware. Only one person greeted me and showed me where to look for the items. While browsing through the glassware another employee came back Caucasian woman with glasses very short didn’t greet me at all or showed interest when I had a question. However, I still browsed and purchase my glassware. 20 minutes goes by I went for lunch and went back to CB2 to look at the chair again. While walking I asked another rep could we cut through the middle door to go back to the showroom. She said no because there
we’re mosquitoes which was a total lie. A couple before me just walk the same path a few seconds before I did! Imagine missing out on a sale due to your pride! Staff at this location not friendly, very snooty, and very iffy to people of color. Can’t even browse in peace without someone hovering over you and asking you every 5 minutes do you need help.! In this case moving forward I will prefer to shop online. This review is mainly for the store location not the company in general.

A Sunday Funday to Remember at CB2, Knox Henderson

Last Sunday, Deana, our beloved dog Shadow, and I decided to explore the vibrant Knox Henderson area. Our adventure led us to the doorstep of CB2, and oh, what a delightful surprise awaited us!

From the moment we stepped in, it was clear that this wasn't your average home decor store. The atmosphere was electric – a live DJ was spinning upbeat tunes that made the floor seem alive. The energy was infectious, and we couldn't help but get swept up in the excitement.
The store itself was a visual feast. Every corner we turned revealed another beautifully curated display, showcasing CB2's unique and modern aesthetic. The furniture and decor items were not only stylish but also of high quality. I found myself mentally redecorating our home as we browsed through the aisles.

But what truly set this experience apart was the unexpected and delightful hospitality. Champagne was flowing, adding a touch of luxury and celebration to our shopping experience. The friendly and attentive staff made us feel welcomed and valued as customers.
Even Shadow seemed to enjoy the outing, receiving adoring glances and friendly pats from the staff and fellow shoppers. It's not often you find a place that's so welcoming to our furry friends.

Our visit to CB2 in Knox Henderson was more than just a shopping trip; it was a memorable experience. The lively atmosphere, exceptional customer service, and stunning collection of home goods have made me a fan. I've found my new go-to spot for home decor, and I can't wait to return. If you're in the area, take advantage of this gem!

Beautiful place with beautiful furniture BUT "ugly customer service" I had to pickup my orders nobody reached out I had to wait and look for someone after a while a guy helped to bring my orders with attitude and left them in a corner said those are yours. Anytime I go there shop it's disappointment, Their Sales associate act like they are the owners of the store or high end designer.

Disappointing Experience with CB2 Design Services – Avoid JENNIFER

I worked with *JENNIFER* from CB2 to design my dining area. After some back-and-forth, I finalized a few items with her, and during our in-store meeting, she explained the benefits of the CB2 card and clearly told me that we could place orders online ourselves.

Later, I ordered chairs online, and JENNIFER called me twice asking why she couldn’t see my order. I explained that I had ordered online as she suggested. Then, she suddenly changed her stance and said that if I ordered online, she could no longer be my designer, claiming it was their policy. Both my husband and I remember her explicitly telling us that we could place the order online, but now she was going back on her word.

I ended up canceling the order and reordering with her. During this process, she told me the pickup location would be Irving, TX, which is close to my house. However, the day before the scheduled pickup, I received a call informing me that the pickup location was actually Wilmer, which is 1 hour and 30 minutes away without traffic! I emailed JENNIFER about this issue, but received an auto-reply stating she was on vacation. While I understood her absence, I had emailed her three times that week, and I expected a reply once she was back.

When I asked her to show me coffee tables and rugs within my budget, I received no response. After waiting 10 days, I called her and asked why she wasn’t responding. She rudely said she was working on my entryway table and added that she couldn’t design my entire living room because some people get a full design but only purchase a single item, implying that since I had only purchased chairs, I wasn’t worth her effort.

I’ve worked with Crate & Barrel before, and they provided full designs without any issue. JENNIFER claimed CB2’s policy had changed, but I had received full designs from Crate & Barrel as recently as June this year! When I asked to speak to her manager, I was left waiting for 5 minutes. The manager eventually apologized, but the whole experience was incredibly frustrating.

If you’re considering using CB2’s design services, DO NOT work with JENNIFER. This was one of the most unprofessional and disappointing experiences I’ve had.

I recently purchased the Gleam Crystal Wall Sconce online along with the Natalia Onyx Brass Sconce and Marceau Boule Sconce. However, before making the purchase, I reached out to CB2 customer service to confirm I would be able to return the sconces if they did not work in the space to which they said yes, as long as the return occurred within 30 days and the sconces were unused. Ultimately, I decided to keep the Gleam Crystal Wall Sconce and return the others. However, to my shock and dismay, when I tried to return them to the Dallas store, I was met with complete refusal. From the initial adamant refusal, to then telling me to call CB2 customer service instead of offering to help resolve the matter by initiating the call, to then disagreeing with CB2 customer service when the call was put on speaker, I was horrified by the whole ordeal. Fortunately, CB2 customer service provided me a FedEx return label at no cost and processed the return but it has taken nearly 3 weeks to resolve when it could have taken 3 minutes in store. Unfortunately, beauty is no substitute for good customer service and I experienced zero in this store hence the one star.

Unique high quality products. This is Crate and Barrel 2; they have the same high quality as their parent store (Crate and Barrel), but they cater to a smaller footprint for apartments and small spaces. The furniture isn't cheap but when I look at the design and sit in the chairs, I feel the quality. Definitely not the same-old-same old. Quality over quantity. Stop by and browse and see for yourself.

Best big furniture store in Dallas! I love basically everything in here & the showroom is impeccable. My boyfriend even loved it & we don’t agree on most design ideas. I definitely recommend stopping by.
