I recently had the pleasure of bringing my 2018 Ford F-150 4x4 with a 6” lift to 4 Wheel Parts Dallas location on Riverfront Blvd for much-needed repairs, and I can’t express how satisfied I am with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the communication and expertise of their team, particularly Michael, the store manager, were simply outstanding.

My truck had been plagued by the dreaded “death wobble,” and the previous dealership’s attempts to fix it left me frustrated and anxious. Michael, however, went above and beyond in workshopping repair and upgrade decisions. He not only diagnosed the issue with precision but also offered a range of product lines that would best suit my needs.

The entire front end of my truck needed attention, including parts replacement, and they even recommended and installed new Yokohama tires, shocks, struts, and a wheel hub assembly. The icing on the cake was their meticulous alignment and balance, which has my truck driving like it’s fresh off the lot.

The team at 4wheel parts was great. Got me in and out in 1 day. Total transformed the truck and made it extremely easy to navigate through all the different options out there. In December 2024, I brought in my 2002 Ford Excursion. Has a 3 inch lift on it and I’d recently had the tracking bar replaced. After that, I started noticing on extreme left and right turns that the wheels would rub on the stack of leaf springs in the front. Brought it in for them to assess it and correct it. It was going to be $155 for them to take a look at it. Mechanic had it in the back for 10 or 15 minutes and brought the ticket up and said there was nothing he could do, it is just the way those leaf springs are on those old Excursions. I was a bit dismayed after making the time out of my day to set an appointment and bring it to them.Took it to another shop locally and in about five minutes the mechanic said that the upper and lower tire rod ends were not adjusted properly. Took him 15 more minutes to adjust them and he didn’t even charge me. Four wheel parts is supposed to be the Cadillac place for lifted vehicles and off-road. Very disappointing first experience with them, I probably won’t be back.

Have nothing but great things to say about the guys here at 4 Wheel Parts Dallas. My 2019 Ram has been taken from stock to having the 3.5” Ready Lift kit, 20” Pro Comp Wheels, Open Country AT3’s, and now Borla S-Type exhaust system that sounds amazing. Alec has been my sales rep for all work that has been done, much respect for him as he really knows his stuff and is a tremendous help. Overall stellar customer service, and work performed by this location. Would 10/10 recommend for all modifications. Morimoto XB headlight/ Taillight upgrade (also a suggestion from Alec, and after looking into them I will be going with them) to come in the near future and cannot wait!
