Teams from Schneider& Schneider have completed 2 projects on my 1911 home. Keeping the historical style of the house is critical to me. No one would touch replacing the wooden storm windows over our leaded glass windows, including Dan. Several years later he told me about a new technology that he felt was safe to use on them. The project was a success not disturbing the fragile windows. I appreciate the protection of the storm windows. I'm sure the are more energy efficient too. I know my contractor cares when he has a new product and remembers my needs.
The second project involved putting the1911 style front porch back on the house, yes it was falling off. His team of competent carpenters performed a miracle! The front porch with modern no need to paint materials, gave it a facelift!

We recently hired Schneider and Schneider Construction to completely re-do our sunroom, including reframing the flooring, installing new sub flooring , tiling, and handling the electrical and painting.
