We chose to work with Dirk Bartolazzi and team for our custom home build in 2020/21 after visiting one of their builds in the spring 2020 BCHBA showcase, and then meeting for a consultation. Dirk and Becca are flexible, practical, and creative. They were able to take our personal design and make it a reality in just over 4 months in time for the spring 2021 showcase. Both Dirk and Becca are super responsive to any questions or concerns in real time. We would work with this team again if we ever build another house!

We have had a very poor experience with Bartolazzi Homes. My wife and I purchased one of their spec homes and ran into problems from the day we closed on the house. We have had countless issues, including siding and flooring problems, that have yet to be fixed and it’s been almost a year since we reported them to Dirk. Constant excuses and blaming contractors for poor work, but we have witnessed a lack of responsiveness and initiative on Dirk’s part to get these issues fixed properly. We wish we could report that we had a great experience with this company because we are advocates for local businesses, but unfortunately Bartolazzi Homes only gets 1 star from us.

I highly recommend Dirk Bartolazzi and his team at Bartolazzi Homes! Dirk built a house for me some time ago, and now I’m having him build my next house as well.

What sets Dirk apart from other builders is his focus on identifying elements that are most important to the homeowner, and then offering a wide range of options and price points to provide the best possible result. He’s not one of those checklist builders that have you limited to “pick option 1, 2, or 3”.

With his years of experience and good relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, he can provide high quality work and finishes at a very reasonable price. For example, he can tell you “this item is $100 and it’s a high-quality piece. The next option is $500, but the quality and end user experience are no better.” I rely on his years of experience and knowledge to get the highest quality finished product at the best price.

Like all good contractors, Dirk is a busy man. However, even with all he has going on, he keeps in communication with the homeowner and subcontractors and gets things done when they need to be.

Everyone I’ve talked to in builder support services (loan officers, title companies, suppliers, other contractors) have nothing but good things to say about Dirk and his company. He’s an honest, fair, and responsible businessman.

If you’re thinking of building a home, I certainly recommend talking to Dirk to see the options he can provide!

Dirk and his team @ Bartolazzi Homes are the best in Green Bay and surrounding area! Very Professional, Detailed, and Fast!! They were able to get us on their schedule within 2 weeks and 3 days later we had the best looking Trex Deck!! We had 3 different estimates. Not only did they save us $2800, they added more Square Footage, more Supports, and made everything one level! The advice they gave us was spot on and made it so much easier to make a decision! Their suggestions gave us the best looking & practical options!! Without Question----> Bartolazzi Homes # 1 Home and Deck builder in Titletown!! -- HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!! Great Guys to work with!! They are the best at what they do!!

If we could give Bartolazzi Homes more then 5 stars we would. We cant say enough about the quality of homes they build. They made the building process so smooth. Dirk is very honest and professional. IF you are looking to build a home, this is who you want to build it.
