Bruce at Custom Craft did a really good job for us. We had a small leak in our roof and he came right away to assess the situation, and had a quote to us quickly. His crew came within a couple days and made the repairs. I was very satisfied with the service and would recommend them.

Our 22 year old roof was just done.

We are very happy with our new roof, gutters, soffit and fascia from Custom Craft.

We worked with Jonathan who spent time explaining all of our options and answering our questions. He made sure we were well informed on the roofing products, and how the systems worked. He explained which shingles were best for our home and provided samples for us to compare. He brought the manufactures literature and gave us time to review everything in a no pressure environment.

Paul, the roofing contracting leader, was amazing he stayed with the roofing crews, made sure that everything was done correctly.
His years of experience made me feel very confident that the job was done correctly.

There was a short delay between the roof and the fascia going onto the house and communication by the crew and Jonathan was exceptional.

The final step was the gutter crew, Chris and Dalton. Chris stayed extra late to finish the job and made sure we were satisfied.

The experience with Custom Craft roofing from start to end was positive for my wife and me. Five stars for communication,
five stars for quality work, five stars for the crews who work hard and keep things clean.
