Dan is great to work with. He was always willing to chat and quick to reply to emails. He did a great job of accommodating requests without being pushy towards anything without good reason. We tabled our plans to build IMMEDIATELY but have full intentions of picking up talks with Dan, and Robert Peters construction in the future!

Some part of your build will go wrong, what matters most about your builder is if they will make it right. RPC planned ahead on every item of our project, stayed on top of the most recent changes in the project and when an issue inevitably popped up they were quick to make it right.

All of their sub contractors were knowledgeable, polite and professional. Dan from RPC is the guy you want planning and managing your project. He puts you and your family first and gets your project done up to your expectations.

I strongly recommend RPC and Dan as your next builder.

28 years ago we built an economy house with another builder. After moving in, we figured out why their price was lower. This time around, we were able to afford to level up and had a much better idea of what was important to us in our new house. We talked to a lot of people and asked who we should look at for builders. RPC (Robert Peters Construction) came up in many of those conversations. We met with Dan and started the process. We also met with other builders but their prices climbed even though we removed content. RPC was the opposite. They are extremely honest and price their product fairly. They will also let you know if one of your choices might not be in your best interest and offered some really good suggestions. We designed our own house and Dan guided us through some changes and upgrades that make a huge difference in the finished product. We also went through spring and fall showcase homes and could see the quality difference between builders. Yes - there are other good builders out there, but I feel some of them have too big a chip on their shoulders. The crew at RPC is down to earth - easy to talk to - and they listen and get the job done. We moved into our house almost a year ago and are extremely happy with the end result. No house will be perfect, but the small issues we had were dealt with very promptly. I would recommend RPC to anyone from small house to luxury house - they can do it all and they do it well. They are now 3rd generation family owned with no signs of slowing down. Give these guys a shot to earn your business - you'll be happy you did.

We met with several builders and decided on Robert Peters Construction. Their pricing was very reasonable and they really listened to our thoughts and ideas on what we were trying to build. They worked closely with us on the project and offered advice and details to make our project work for us. They kept us in the loop with up to the minute progress on timelines and completions. Staff is very knowledgable and friendly and helped walk us through the details of a new contruction project (which can be overwhelming for a lay person) from start to finish.
We can't thank them enough ... our building is beautiful and we have received many compliments on it!!
