Pekarske Builders did an amazing job building our dream home. From the first meeting, design and 3-D rendering, through completion, we found them to be knowledgeable and professional. Dave Pekarske did a great job leading us through the design process. We found the 3-D rendering to be extremely helpful, allowing us to visualize the finished home. Both Mark Pekarske and Dave Pekarske were quick with a response if we had questions. We thought all the employees were professional and respectful while on site. We highly recommend.

Pekarske Builders just finished our home, and we are extremely pleased. They take great care to do quality work. From Dave ensuring the plan, excavating, and ordering is done correctly to Mark constructing the interior and supervising the work done, the Pekarske brothers do the job right. They responded quickly to anything we wanted, and are experts at scheduling subcontractors. The whole building process went very smoothly. The staff was friendly, considerate, and responsible, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Thanks, Pekarske Builders!

We had a great experience building our new home with Pekarske Builders. From the first meeting we had with Mark and Dave to the final walk-through once our home was complete, we were very pleased with the service we received. In the beginning stages of designing our home, the 3D option they offer was extremely helpful. Once our project began, we were impressed by the organization of the building process, the excellent communication, and the quality of the work we saw each day. We also appreciated how easy it was to reach Mark whenever we had questions.. He was always prompt with responses, helpful and very easy to communicate with. Our home was completed exactly on schedule and even after we moved in, Mark has been great about answering questions for us. We have every confidence Mark and Dave will stand behind their work if anything ever arises in the future. We absolutely love our new home. It was a pleasure to work with the Pekarske Builders team. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering a building project of any kind.

From start to finish, Pekarske Builders have been an excellent company to work with. It started with meeting David and Mark in their office to discuss what we wanted in a new home. We had a pretty good idea and already had some plans to work with. David took those plans and modified them to something that fit our needs completely. Our home was built from December-April and the elements were not kind to the employees who worked on hour house. Mark stayed on top of the progress and our home was delivered to us on time. The quality of work was exceptional. Mark and David were very prompt in returning phone calls and very understanding with us on all the questions we asked. I would recommend Pekarske Builders to anyone interested in building a new home or doing a remodel on your existing home.

We had a a patio door and four pane bow window removed and new ones installed. Mark, the owner, communicated well during the estimate phase and during the project. He also did a follow up at the end. The crew knew what they were doing. If there were any questions, the crew called Mark, and if he felt it was necessary, he would come to the site to make a plan. We would recommend Pekarske Builders!

I hired these guys to install commercial glass assemblies on a commercial building I own. They were there endless times because mistakes kept being made. The windows/assemblies leaked water underneath and were a nightmare to have installed by these guys. The last time I left a review The Owner Mark Pekarske left some comment about how we have his company confused and he can't find our name in his files (typical response from someone when they receive a 1 star they don't want to own up to). I'm aware this is a home building company but they also do commercial glass and Mark himself was at my building with a Pekarske builders truck. I spent alot of money with these guys and people still ask me to this day why I have a puddle of water in feont of my door (inside the building) and I have to explain n the story. It's unfortunate that a company van do business this way. I would hire a different builder. Mike Howe, Jim Reif, Etc. Not his dishonest guy that will deny he ever did business with me. I'm sure he's capable of good work but I promise you I had a nightmare ride. All I wanted was 2 commercial glass assemblies and it all turned out horrible.
